Very expensive and staff are not that pleasant nor helpful. More of a furniture shop than a pet shop.

Expensive, but when you're a responsible pet carer, you don't mind paying more for good quality food. Gary's pet world is one of the few places that has a semi decent selection of cat food.

Wonderful service and amazingly helpful staff. I went in to buy a dog brush for my Alaskan Malamute and the staff were quick to talk to me, ask me how they could help and then advised me on what product suited best. Really happy with my purchase and how welcome I felt throughout the store. I'll definitely call in again.
