He nice 3.5 dash 4.0 star hotel that was to be refurbished in 2005. It has a good location right near the beach and is a short distance from Rosapenns golf course. Great place to use as a base to see the north-west quadrant of Donegal. Lively bar, family run business who care deeply about their guests satisfaction.

Lovely hotel, receptionist was delightful and helpful, the young lady at breakfast was a little less than helpful but still friendly.
Lovely, kind and friendly town, maybe few members of the team need refreshing on customer service however I would highly recommend this hotelresponse / report this review -

Lovely family run hotel. Clean bedrooms, good food and great, friendly staff. Beautiful location in north Donegal . Recommended.

Room was clean but I found the beds uncomfortable. I didn't sleep well and was stiff most of the next day.

Not impressed with the customer service at the bar/restaurant! Food arrived an hour late with some incorrect orders!! My father-in-law ordered chicken curry with chips and no rice but got rice as well! My son's order was fish and chips but got chicken nuggets with chips instead!! Would definitely need to improve, food was average.

The rooms are decent. The location is deceiving from looking online. It's not on the beach. There is no view. Food in restaurant was below average, but the service from staff was excellent. Great bartender. Amenities near the hotel are lacking.
