Great place. Top service, efficient & knowledgable staff. My mother was seen very fast today and we were given bloods to bring to the hospital labs and will have results tonight. Unreal service. Highly recommended practice. Receptists are lovely too and super helpful and thats rare enough in some places!

I made an an appointment on the day, was seen on the day and on time - a first in a clinic. A very fresh and educated modern approach towards medicine, this is what attracted to me to this place. On the way out I couldn't help but hear and elderly patient praising the doctor's and staff! 10/10 facility!

I personally had to change doctors due to I wasn't getting the advice I need , a friend recommended this practice, and they were right from the minute I walk in to the building I was greeted by a friendly receptionist Laura I believe was her name , she seem to me to be a person that enjoyed her job , she ask me to wait in the waiting room , which I have to admit was spotless the whole layout of the practice is very quirky and up to date , I booked my appointment at 7:30 and bang on time doctor brain Higgins called me in greeted me with a smile and a hand shake , first he proceed to tell me about the history of the practice and himself which I thought was very professional, through my appointment I couldn't of felt more comfortable and relaxed , everything was explain to me , medication and the illness I had , also was not rushed which I was very surprised, most practices want you in and out all and all I will be returning to this practice and happy to have brain Higgins as my local gp. highly recommended

I went many times in the Ballybane road center. I had 3 times the doctor Dr. Denis C Higgins. It's definitely the worst doctor I've ever had. He's only interested by the money and is not treating his patients as a doctor. The consultation takes approximately 30 seconds and it's when he is in a good mood! As now, the only doctor available is Dr. Denis C Higgins, I strongly not recommend you to go in this center.
However, I never went to Tuam Road so I can't give advice about it.

This review is about the Ballybane Road center, which is related. At first, the doctors there were really nice, patient and effective and actually helped me. Today, the one I came to see several is the real shame and shouldn't be called doctor. Consultations of 30 seconds maximum each time, even if the waiting room is empty, zero conversation, no treatment adapted or nothing at all. Not recommending at all.

Since joining this practice I have noticed that they are all about the money. When I went to one of the doctors about two complaints I was told he'd deal with one first and the other when I came back. The next visit I was told he'd deal with one complaint but female doctors normally look after "that kinda thing"! About the other. I brought my daughter and he made comment about her" very bad skin" although we were there for something unrelated and she was so embarrassed. He recommended a cream that cost 40 euro !! The final straw came when I was there for my daughter and asked could he give me my repeat prescription and I was charged an extra 15 euro for it, it only took 30 seconds. Ridiculous!! Regardless to say I'm moving doctor
