I have been visiting Dr. Eilis O’Hagan for many years, but I never took the time to post a review until now. I have had similar fantastic experiences during my visits to this dental practice over the years.
Dr. Eilis is extremely professional, excellent at her job, really makes you feel very comfortable and has a lovely manner when carrying out her work, you would not think you were are at the dentist.

Dr. Eilish likes to keep teeth and have it on the shelves in her house like a collection of her accomplishments ,few of them she may sell for an implant to another dentist. Disgrace!

Scandalous behavior.
I went in to get my teeth cleaned on my PRSI, at a cost of 30 euro. While cleaning my teeth I was informed I had 'two wee holes' and that they should be capped off.
I never said yes or no to this, she continued with the clean and I assumed just capped off the two holes, so I did expect to pay more than 30 but I did not expect a bill of 160 euro!
I am totally disgusted that she thought it was ok to carry out work to that price without pre informing me of the cost.
On the bill it stated I had 2 fillings, I was not informed at any point that I needed fillings, I would not agree to that due to the cost.
She did offer for me to pay at a later date which I declined, she took 30 off the bill and it came in at 130, 100 more that I could afford.
I do not doubt that the work was done or had to be done but the sly underhanded way that she went about getting my hard earned money was shocking!
Needless to say I would never go back to any business that deals like this!response / report this review -

I was very impressed with the quality of work done on a front tooth filling that had fallen out along with half of one of my front teeth. Dr.O'Hagan refilled it and did cosmetic work on it so quickly and painlessly that I couldn't believe she was finished. Top notch work and fairly priced!

Would never go back there, if I listened to the lady dentist the day I went in I would not have come out with a single tooth in my mouth, I went in with one problem and instead of treating what I went in for she instead listed out a whole bunch of treatments that I needed done, my gut was telling me none of these were needed so I went to 2 other dentists afterwards for different opinions and they both told me I had very good teeth that did not need any treatments done on. Avoid at all costs

I would like to thank Dr. Eilis for her great work. She is extremely informative and always puts you at ease - even first thing on a Monday morning! I would highly recommend this dentist. I have already referred a family member and will be sending other friends/family her way.

I visited Dentist Michael Donnelly this week. As I am someone who is nervous about visiting the dentist I was not looking forward to seeing Michael at all , but to my surprise he was extremely helpful and made the experience easy and painless. Michael and his dental nurse were very polite and I am looking forward to my next dental visit.

I have visited so many dentists in Galway, mainly because I am a very nervous patient. I could never find a dentist who had the patience and manner I needed to get me to come back for the next appointment, until I discovered Dr. Eilis O'Hagan. She is exceptional - both for her expertise and character. She is second to none and I have certainly done the research. I recommend her to all my friends and family :)

I've been going here since the start of September 2016, and I have to say it is one of the best dentists around. Very professional and friendly, as well as a relaxing atmosphere to the place, they have never let me down. The staff are delightful and Michael is an incredible dentist. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been going to Dr.Michael Donnolly since last October. Very Friendly and reassuring. I'm extremely nervous in the dentist and he made me feel very calm. All staff very nice and professional!
