Great pub with live music. A good place to have a drink any day of the week.

Love the ambiance in this place. Fireplace was lit when we came in which is good when it's freezing outside. We had a steak sandwich and chowder and they were fantastic!

Nice place for fun. Come alive at night. It's a great place to dance and have some good cocktail.

Good service. Ok food. If you just want to sit down and have a pint it's perfect

Great place in the center of Galway. Live music at 10 so gets busier, but worth it. Staff was great, was told 20 min wait but got a table in 5.

Good pub during the day. Can get busy late at night and if you are not under 25 stay away late. No offence to the pub. 😃

Terrible place to get lunch. It might be highly rated for drinks at night but I'd avoid eating here while the sun's up.

I ordered the loaded nachos and they were awful. My best guess is that they microwaved the tortilla chips and cheese in microwave and then topped it off with chili which had probably been sitting out overnight. Not only was the chili incredibly dry, it was room temperature!

The building is really cool and I imagine getting only drinks is great, but avoid at all costs coming here for lunch.

Great place. The only problem is the smoking area is too small. But its an amazing pub. One of the most beautiful pubsIve seen. The stairs, the walls. The restroom is not so go but who cares. Worth of a try. Nice place.

Great bar, well worth a visit. Has a smoking section you can drink in, good menu and gets really busy late on. Definite must for any visit.

What an interesting building with great food and friendly service. I had a very filling meal of fish pie and then dessert. The whole thing cost about 22 euros.
I did find the service to be slow unless I made eye contact with the waitress. As soon as I did that, she would come right over. Didn't bother me one bit.
    I highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed our meal here, good prices and very tasty food. They had great gluten free options (fish and chips!!!!) that were delicious and cozy booths that provided a lot of atmosphere. Service was a smidge slow, but friendly enough. Would definitely go again if in the area.

Went for a bite to eat on sun. Great value for €15 two courses. Choice of roasts. Had the lamb, lovely seasoned creamed potatoes ,tender veg. Polished off with a delicious sticky toffee pudding. Service was excellent young efficient lady. Would not hesitate to recommend. Great lively spot at night right in the heart of the social scene
