  Mix of locals & tourists on one of the main streets of the city. Fantastically friendly, skilled and efficient staff even at the busiest of times. 2 TV screens discreetly in the pub for sports. Quintessentially - a great pint!

  One of my favourite pubs in Galway, there is a great pint here. Great spot for us men when the women are on a shopping spree, the shopping centre is only minutes walk to it. Very handy great meeting place.

  Probably the best bar in the world. Weird, beardy barman kept making a terrible joke about going camping. He was intense.

  A fantastic pub for a singsong and a few quality beers. A great mix of your standard beers and a few crafties to boot. Fasinating items adore the wall and tables.

  Garavan's is really a delight. Good amount of local faces, room for new ones. I ran into an amazing live music here as well once. Must visit when in Galway.

  Nicest barmen I've met in Ireland. Fair prices, good vibe, great conversation with others. Excellent whiskey selection and some craft Irish beers.
