Very bad security. inside the pub nobody takes care of clients and the head of security didn't show any interest about what happens inside.

Bouncers are always rude, 9 out of 10 times they decide right on the spot whether or not you can enter. One night my friend and I were dressed smart casual and we couldn't get in purely based on the pair of trousers my mate was wearing. Shame, bad service for a mediocre tourist hotspot with biases from the bouncer staff.

I have been there once and I had a great experience with my friends. Next time I wanted to get in, the bodyguards didn't let me in for no reason. I was dressed well, sober, completely clean. But the bastards didn't want to let me in because he didn't like my pants.

Fitzsimons Hotel Temple Bar is the perfect place to stay in Dublion. The room we had was large with a vanity and spacious bathroom. The staff was friendly and the property had top-knotch security. Any type of restaurant or bar is literally just a five minute walk away. The Jameson Distillery and Guinness Brewery were the farthest away tourist attractions, but were each just 20 minutes away. I would recommend the Fitzsimons Hotel Temple Bar to anyone going to Dublin. We did not hear any music noise from the restaurant below/adjacent to the property. However, we slept with the windows open and inevitably heard traffic noise in the morning and late at night. This is unavoidable with the bustling location though and can be remedied with the use of earplugs.

terrible treatment- aggressive and rude staff, specifically bald doorman with goatie. this made the whole experience unpleasant despite its great location. very disappointed in how these people are hired to do serve in such a popular tourist attraction. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A GOOD TIME.

Went there one Saturday night with a group of friends and we really enjoyed our time there.

Really nice old looking pub in the center dublin. There is live music every weekend and drink prices are ok for a pub in the center.

Loved it (if you manage to get in past the door bouncers). Has everything for everyone. Huge space. Lovely live shows, good DJs, friendly staff, decent variety of drinks and nice crowd.
