The food was great, but the service quite slow. Great place for both small dinners or a group gathering. Even if busy you don't feel it's full and other guests are right on top of you, which makes for quite a cozy atmosphere within your group.

Great casual bar. Perfect to go with your partner or colleges to enjoy after work. The food is beautiful, specially the burger and calamaris. Great wine and beer selection.

We had a wonderful meal here last night. The early bird menu was excellent! Wine chosen with the help of a very knowledgeable waiter. Staff here are lovely. Thank you for making my birthday special!

Good the first time you go here. Food is well cooked but the menu has not changed in over a year interesting underground restaurant with bar upstairs in the waterfront.

Ely is an amazing place. The location in the Docklands area right at the George Luas stop makes it easy to get to. The downstairs restaurant is atmosphere plus! The food is devine and the service is excellent. Highly recommend stopping in for a pint or a meal.

Popular upmarket bar and restaurant. Great selection of wine, craft beer and cider and food. Very popular when the sun is out so can be very busy. Prices are a bit higher than most bars in the area but not too high.

I had an amazing time here. Met my mates for after work drinks and tried out their cocktail menu. The staff were attentive and allowed for my food allergies and adjusted the cocktail accordingly. Also it was 2 4 1! Love love loved it.

Nice wine selection, but they care too much about money over customers

Downstairs restaurant in an old cellar is a great looking area. The food was great and the beef from their own farm! Service was excellent as well. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the pricing (I think a bit high) and that even though the cellar looks amazing it could benefit from some accoustic treatment as it gets pretty loud.

One of my favourite places in Dublin for a quick snack and a great beer. They have excellent selection of craft beer on tap and in the bottles. Also food is very good. For now we only tried bar snacks and they were very nice, tasty and delicious. Flat bread, cheese plate and fries with parmesan and tartufata (spread with truffles) were great. Also i love the atmosphere in the bar. And the staff is just excellent. They are so nice, polite and friendly. Definitely the place to visit.

Food in the restaurant downstairs is phenomenal. Atmosphere is also fantastic. This was a highlight of our trip to Dublin. The service was excellent as well, and pricing was good also (it's a little pricey, but certainly worth it). Definitely a good date spot or special evening out. We didn't visit the bar upstairs, but it seemed to be quite popular.
