Half star for the food (lunch salads) which are v good, Half star for staff, which are passable. Only 1 in total as the portions are literally laugh-ably small for the (very high) price
Way too much competition in the area for such a so–so offering.

Did not feel welcome at all here. Went for brunch once and took a seat. After waiting half an hour to be served, I walked up to the counter to order from there only to be sent back to my seat by staff saying that they take orders at the table. Food was ok. Definitely not worth the wait.

Coffee was not nice and was only warm. I've had nicer instant coffee. The servers were weren't very pleasant and were quite dismissive by the time they finally served me.

Delicious scrambled eggs, served even after brunch time. Portions are quite big. Fantastic coffee and match tea.

I told the guy serving me food, to go and wash his hands after he sneezed into his hand which was holding the plate he was going to give me. He didn't react well, and started shouting at me. However, he did go and wash his hands, then came back and picked up the same plate!!! Perhaps the staff need training on customer service, and health and safety..Can't believe I got shouted at. Null points.

The food is of a decent quality. But for the uninitiated it can be quite intimidating to work out what's on offer and where you order it. They really need to fix their front door as well, as it is very drafty in cold weather.
