  I was disappointed that the bouquet I ordered from the pictures on the website was not what was delivered. The bouquet I ordered was a large pink radiance, which is a large arrangement in a box. The bouquet received however wasn't in a box and wouldn't stand (had to remove from packing and put in vase) when I called shop about this i was told, the bouquet I ordered wouldn't fit in the box, as for it not standing, he said most people put it in a vase after a day or two anyway, no apology offered, he just played down disappointment. The bouquet cost €56 was a get well bouquet for my sister who'd just come home from hospital after breaking her back 😢 The bouquet received was nice, with some of the flowers a little wilted, seemed to have been a bouquet that had been a day or so old and in need of fresh water. I have used Dooleys for flowers on numerous occasions throughout the years, even had my wedding bouquets made here. But this is the 2nd bouquet ordered in recent years that I was disappointed in. Standards have definitely slipped!
