the older women staff are pleasant enough, but the rest are useless. They fob you off from one staff member to the next. The canteen is ok, but the lady handing out the food seems miserable and blunt. You would hardly get a hello out of her, never mind small talk about the food on offer or just general small conversation.
The lay out of the store is ok, but price wise its not in competition with the likes of B&Q, DID, or even Woodies. I only go here if i cant get what i need in the others' and this is my last resort.

Be wary if you are buying a lawn mower from this store. I bought one and the belt fell off the same day. They put on the belt the next day and it fell off the following day. Now they are not issuing a refund because they claim that the mower was just with the minimum gear oil (reached the bottom line of the max/min line on the dipstick). The engine goes well so what has that got to do with a belt that keeps falling off. Looks like it will be the small claims court. I'll keep you posted. P.S. It only got one star when I wanted to give it zero, otherwise it wont let me post it.
