I spent the most decadent 30 mins of my life sniffing the various perfumes in the parfumery here. The staff were the most adorable characters and I got to update my knowledge on all available perfume products. I was mesmerized and treated like a goddess. This shop rocks.

The young lady who served us from the Karen Millen area. She knew her job and carried it out in such a lovely way. No pressure but gentle good help.
Which made it a pleasure to be in Brown Thomas.

If you want to buy luxury, Brown Thomas is the store for you. Very expensive but you will be paying for top quality. I visited their Christmas shop on Friday 13 Oct. OMG so beautiful . I felt like it was Christmas wonder land. Don't take my word for it. Go visit the Christmas shop in Brown Thomas.

Iconic department store in the very heart of Dublin's Grafton Street. Deserves a visit whether you need to shop or even just to check on the latest fashion trends.

The dishes in a new cafe on first floor are delicious, light and full of protein. Definitely the chef has think about everything and with love for customers. We love this cafe.

Top end of the market shopping. I only walk through every so often to the top floor and readily pick up the positive vibe throughout. All to present a pleasant and polite disposition, if only standing waiting for a customer to approach. Smart cookies & I'm sure all very employable people.

It is good to share my experience about the restaurant on the third floor. I could call it my favourite place in the city centre. Always up to your expectations. Breakfasts and desserts are great. Usually inviting friends over and never had a bother on our experience in there👍🏼

The first shopping mall with little up beat class.. Good stuff and very helpful and knowledge staff.. I was looking for a perfume which was not available however the sales guy did took the effort to find something similar. I appreciate his work.. must visit

All the expensive top brands are here. It's decently laid out, but can be hard to find one particular brand at times. Many floors. Worth checking out, but can be super jam packed.

Every top brand you need is there. The staff are extremely helpful even if the posed question doesn't concern their area - they would contact someone who might have an answer for you.

The staff are always helpful and will go out of their way to assist with a purchase or an order. Wonderful choice and comparable prices. I love Brown Thomas, it's a little bit of luxury.
