Great food and drink. The terrace bar is a great spot too. If your on a night out its not a bad place to hit for a pint

Fab for dinner with a big crowd. We were very well taken care of, with a member of staff even escorting us to a table at a bar across the road. Highly recommend

This has become our local since moving to Carlow. Food is always piping hot, plenty of choice. Staff very friendly. Great place to people watch, live music. Lots of hen parties and a great age mix. I'm mid 50s and never feel out of place

Room clean and comfortable. Great service at reception and checkin was efficient and friendly. The only issue is the noise at night. I understand being in the centre of town, noise is unavoidable but I think the hotel need to invest in some double glazing windows. The current ones are old and single glazed and there were a few points last night when I felt like I was lying on the side of the street it was that loud. I know this may not solve the problem but It would help.
Considering double glazing was invented in the 1930's and became widely popular and affordable in the 1970's-1980's, I feel the hotel has a duty to its guest to upgrade, we are in 2017 afterall. With the bars and restaurants buzzing all the time and the nightclub apparently being the main hot-spot at the weekend I'm guessing this is probably one of the most profitable establishments in Carlow town . Surely they can afford to upgrade the windows in the rooms to bring this place to the next level. Overall very good but I would only stay here again If I was stuck and as a last resort. No point in having anything else if you can't get a comfortable quiet night sleep.response / report this review -

Fabulous place to have lunchcarvery every day lots to chose from..food is fab plus great portions. Full bar with cocktails bistro also. There is accommodation and lots of events live music at nightgreat spot to socialise. Located in potato market car park on door step. Highly recommended.

I visited here with my family for my daughter's 21st. The meal was delicious & the staff were friendly & helpful. I would recommend Dinn Ri for it's food & excellent service. Thank you. We will definitely be paying another' visit. 😀😀

I always enjoy din ri. It is a great place to meet up with family and friends as the food is always lovely and the staff are also really lovely helpful and friendly. I was served this morning by the lovely Kay. Keep up the the good work everyone x.

We stopped in with the family for some lunch at the carvery. The food and service were both excellent. I would heartily recommend going there and plan to return in the near future.
