My 75year old brother in law recently, went to have a meal here, only ordered a soup and sandwich which took a while to come and when he ask how long it would be , was barred from the premises for asking, if they can't cope with a sandwich, I wouldn't order anything hot!!! The abuse that came out of the woman's fowl mouth was embarrassing and disgusting, she ( one of the people who runs the bar/restaurant) should have more respect for any customer let alone the elderly. I hope nobody ever comes in to eat or drink, your a nasty piece of work who obviously doesn't have any manners.

I really enjoy coming to eat hereits such a traditional Irish pub and restaurant and the staff are just lovely and all local. I would definitely recommend it to holidays makers!

The busiest bar in town. It one of the best. Decent food and good service. Only used the restaurant but seams a popular play to stay too.

This is for the Accomodation: the rooms have seen better times - once upon a time. But for one night some people can be fine with it - with three Pints of Guinness in the evening. But the worst was the breakfast. The Staff didn't know how to work in gastronomy - they couldn't handle the coffee machine, should I say anything else?

This place seems to be the best drinking pub in town. The food was pretty good. The Bed & Breakfast was sub-par though. The building is nice for how old it is but everything seemed like it was dirty. Coffee mugs had drops of tea/coffee in them still, the shower needed a good scrubbing, the windows had smudges on them, and the bed was pretty squeaky. I'd drink/eat there again, but I would find another place to sleep.
