There are not many places in Clones that do food as sit in, so the Creighton is pretty decent. There are plenty of places to grab a bite-from reception to the bar to the function rooms. The hotel can be busy at key times-local functions or peak times. But you will always get a seat. Prices would be standard. Nice enough setting and some parts for f the hotel are pretty new. I have no experience of the rooms or Staying overso cannot comment on this. Prices for drink would be normal for the south of Ireland..to the edge of expensive. For example a ping would be €4.50 and a gin and tonic could be around €7, with thx little mixers coming in at €2.70 at time of visitso depending on your tipple of choice , could be an expensive night if you hit it hard. In the top 5 places to drink in Clones-which has been hit hard with the recession with many bars closing..

Here for a second time in 3 years. Great hospitality and breakfast as well. Great town. And renovated rooms?! Can't ask for much more.
