Have stayed here many times over the past 10 years. Pool and spa adult only which is great. The rooms and reception area now need some investment in fittings and furnishings. It's still very clean. Hotel staff are wonderful from cleaning, housekeeping, reception, wait staff etc the food in the Village recommended, try the duck pizza and in the Green Room it was just fabulous, definitely recommended.

Spent a nice weekend here for my anniversary. Nice bar with food and had entertainment on both nights. Lovely adult only leisure centre with two steam rooms, sauna, large outdoor hot tub and pool. There is also treatments available in the spa area. Nice to go for a walk onto the beach which is about 10 mins walk away.

Nice hotel and spa is fantastic. Few minor issues with the room that really shouldn't happen. Staff had to come up with a small blow heater as the rooms heating didn't work and then tv wouldn't come on. Staff had to unplug it and power on again. She knew what to do straight away so it's obviously a common fault. We had to move rooms due to a really bad odour coming from the drains. The bar food is really nice and the new area they have added is fantastic. Breakfast is really good but having to pay a supplement of €5 if you wanted an omelette or pancakes I think is a bit much. I have been coming here for years and it just seems that's it's quality is starting to fall. Both me and my wife agreed that we probably won't return as we just don't find it appealing any more. If it wasn't for the spa area we probably wouldn't have returned.

Very nice hotel. Fabulous spa area. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Two problems I had was 1. Airconditioner in room did not work correctly and 2. Room safe was not working either!! Restaurant has very good service and very nice food but portions are small. Prices for eating in main restaurant are MAD!! Very expensive but food is fab!!

Fantastic modern chic hotel with fantastic rooms and an amazing spa. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always service with a smile. A beautiful walk through the woods leads you past the golf course down to the beach. This is an amazing destination for a break away

We had a family dinner here most of the staff were very helpful and gave great service. One staff member was shocking and let the rest down very rude. Food was good hotel was clean.

No air conditioning, you cannot leave the windows open due to safety concerns and the fan provided by the hotel we had to clean ourselves. Some of the spa features were too hot and mould in the sauna turned me off. Many staff members we met complained about how they were scared about some of the clientele staying at the hotel, perhaps that is why some staff members we met seemed angry and why hotel guests were greeted at the hotel by the armed response unit of the Gardai. The food and drink was overpriced.
The beach walk was nice. The breakfast was very good. The treatments in the spa were good.

This hotel is nice but has gone downhill. There are scuffs on walls in all the rooms (4) our family stayed in. Staff were great but the prices to quality ratio is not right. Sound travels a lot from weddings hosted and the golf course was closed. Apart from that staff great food great just a little over priced.

Best hotel we have been to In a long time. Beautiful food, and each and every staff member couldn't be more helpful. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Well done. We will be back. Geraldine & Michael.

Great hotel. Lovely food, staff are very friendly and helpful. Spa is very relaxing. Could live there. Only bad thing is the elevator. There's only one and it will stop at any floor it's called to regardless of the direction that was pressed. If it's going down to the spa and people on the ground floor want to go up it will stop on its way down to the spa in the basement. Not ideal if you're in your robe!!

Relaxing spot, great spa and comfortable rooms. Food is good overall with the breakfast and bar serving good quality meals. Excellent cocktails in the bar. The dining room trying a bit too hard to be fine dining with the food and service being mediocre. Bit of a breeze on the whole ground level that was annoying. Overall good experience, would go back.

Top Notch! Couldn't Fault it!
We've sort of know Seafield was nearby and was something very fancy, but being tucked away in nearly the middle of nowhere it was a huge surprise when we finally went for a little overnight stay.
The spa is sumptuous, the two restaurants were divine (we ate in the bar, being a little more atmospheric and with an excellent menu), rooms were luxurious (massive queen-sized beds) and the staff all friendly and polite.
Will definitely make this a regular trip. Perfect for a romantic trip or a spa weekend.response / report this review -

Heaven on earth!! Stunning views and beautiful rooms. Staff at reception really helpful and the oceo spa is bliss. Eat at the bar as opposed to the main restaurant though as the staff there are quite pretentious and rude. The staff at the bar restaurant are wonderful and the food is gorgeous. Beautiful breakfast too! Can't wait to return!
