Small but good. When I visited, they had a collection of bronze and iron age artifcts on loan from Dublin, bronze axes, Spears, arrow heads, coins, and other interesting pieces; complimenting their own local historical objects. I highly recommend a visit.

Small Museum but great information. Could bring a lot knowledge about history of Ennis. Worth to visit when coming to Ennis. And ticket is free.

Excellent collection of items from ancient times and early nineteen century. Not a place for children and people who don't have interest in history.

I absolutely love this place. One of my very favourite things to do is call into the museum and chat to the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Top marks for the best museum in the county.

A small well laid out museum with good information on the history and lives of the people in Clare in times past. A good model for other counties to follow.
