  We were American tourists driving through Ireland. We put the wrong fuel in our rental car (gasoline vs diesel). We were fortunate enough to make it to our next city hotel. I searched the internet for a service that could help us fix the car, and O’Connor literally saved us!!! They came out to our hotel within a few hours. They were so kind and did not take advantage of the crazy Americans (they said this happens a lot to foreigners). We did not lose any time on our trip, thanks to their prompt and trustworthy service. We realized how lucky we were that we did not get stuck somewhere (even the service guys couldn’t believe we made it as far as we did). And we are so appreciative that there are good people in this world. We had the best trip and glad it was not ruined by our silly error.

  Hotel near where car was being fixed, even suggested where to eat
  Then diganosed and arranged a place to fix my issues
  
  Stayed with us until the taxi came and talked with us like he knew us
  
  Helped turn around a nightmare end to our holidays

  My motorcycle broke down in Adare this morning and AXA arranged for Damien O'Connor to handle the recovery to home in Dublin. Damien was on the scene within 1 hour, and brought the correct dolly to handle the bike safely. He took very good care of the bike and myself, phoning AXA and Enterprise Car Rental on my behalf. I really appreciated his calm confidence, and although he was very busy with calls regarding other breakdowns, he made sure to keep me informed on progress. Highly recommended. Thanks Damien!!   Highly recommend this garage. Damien was an absolute pleasure to deal with and had me back on the road in no time after I had some trouble with the engine. A gentleman and gave me some really solid much appreciated advice. I would give more stars if I could!
