  Excellent cinema with excellent facilities and lots of parking. 5 stars without a doubt.
  
  BUT
  My only issue is that popcorn sizes compared to other cinemas is really quite small (Derry and Lifford). I would love if they offered an extra large popcorn, I would pay extra for it if I had too. This is my only downside.

  Queuing system needs to be organised better. Great picture great sound and comfortable seats without sticky floors.

  Beautiful cinema, accessible to all except for those that are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. No subtitles, no loop system for hearing users, disappointing for recently renovated building. One in six people has hearing issues won't be able to have access to fully enjoy the film, sad.

  We decided to go to the backstage restaurant first for a meal as there is a movie deal available, the food was great as was the service. The movie tickets included in the price. The selection of the menu was decent as it is a reduced menu for the deal.

  Please sort out ur dwn stairs screens outdated an uncomfortable maken it not nice experience other screens an staff are lovely but des screens let use down,

  Very nice to have a cinema in letterkenny and it shows all the latest films
  It is also nice to be able to go and see a film at a reduced price once a week

  Excellent cinema with quick service and minimal queueing. Cinema seating is very comfortable. Nearby restaurant and play area for kids is excellent

  Cinema great. Sweets very expensive. Not impressed with the play area or the children's food.
