My experience here was great. The theatre is artistically centred. The decor is a mix of a cheap student bar, a child's creche and a prisons art gallery. The main theatre is dark so it doesn't matter about the decor. The bar man was my favourite character. I enjoyed the unique experience but I consider that if I was trying to impress visitors I wouldn't choose this theatre. That's why the Regional Culture Centre was built above it much more sophisticated. I think this theatre is like Noddy and Big Ear' s theatre. This place is worth a visit and is most pleasant.

Lovely convivial atmosphere here.I was there at a wonderful performance of Gilbert &Sullivan's The Gondoliers.There are always interesting acts here.From musical acts ,to opera/operettas .I would like to productions from our indigenous playwrights,Friel,Synge etc

Lovely theatre, well designed with a great layout. Easy access for wheelchairs with a lift inside. Lunch is nice and reasonably priced for dinner there's also a nice restaurant close by.
