Changed to caterboss over year ago. Great company could not recommend them enough great quality products and can't be beaten on price.. Customer service is excellent very helpful and friendly staff . Very happy with service overall and will be using them for years to come

Hi, assuming what you said in your response I can guarantee that never ever we got an engineer on site to actually see and check out the machine, you said Luciano or probably me were very abusive with the man, but what man? The one you’re saying that came into our shop or the man from the uk phone that u gave to us? Anyway we’ve tried so many times to reach out to get it solved, you said that we flooded the shaft, but how? Using 5 litres of mixed wouldn’t cause this. Anyway that’s our experience we had as Luciano said, wasn’t the best with us could be better with somebody else.
