This place is amazing! I never met staff as friendly towards co-workers and customers as the folks here at Cassidy Hotel. They all smile and speak so warmly; this creates a relaxing atmosphere. There's chickpea and hazelnut burgers here for vegetarians too! This hotel has not even a speck of dust and there's great smelling lotion to use in the bathrooms, even in the public bathroom. Great ventilation and air conditioning. Convenient location too. Not one fault about this place.

Room is tiny and not renovated. Neighbor room had a smoker in it and even though hotel is nonsmoking I could smell it through vents and did notify the front desk. (They kept smoking, so nothing was done) Also someone from the front desk called the room very late after we were already sleeping to let us know a pizza we didn't order was here. Without much apology for waking us. Rest of the staff was friendly and nice. Location is good too.

Check in process was simple and hotel is very easy to find. Bathrooms were recently renovated and are great. Room however was a bit stuffy and no A/C which meant we had to leave the windows open which let in some street noise, despite the room being away from the main roads. Breakfast quality could be improved. It is right in the city center however so easy to get to all main attractions.

Right in the northern part of the center of Dublin. Great place to stay if you're going to be enjoying the pubs, restaurants and shopping. About a 40 minute walk to the Guinness Storehouse, 15 minutes to Temple Bar area, and tons of other local favorites along the way. Rooms are small and not all of them have air conditioning, but they have windows that open. I happened to be there during a record hot day in June so it was pretty hot in the room. Also, don't expect it to be quiet early. Lots of pubs and entertainment in the area so things don't quiet down until after 1 in the morning, even on weeknights. The staff is friendly. Feel free to ask them for recommendations on where to go for food or fun if you don't have a plan or want to stumble upon a place on your own. However, you literally could step outside the hotel, walk down the street and pass a dozen pubs and restaurants in a 10-minute walk. Many places have traditional Irish music, food, and drink, if that's what you're looking for. Great people in Dublin. Cassidys Hotel is a good choice for convenience and location. I believe you can ask for a fan if your room is too hot.

Absolutely lovely rooms, with all mod cons including a Tassimo coffee machine. Bathrooms very nice too. Though we didn't try it, they're was complimentary use of a gym. Staff were very accommodating with letting us have our room 5 hours before check in time so we could leave our bags in. Both cooked and continental breakfast had lots of options and was cooked well. Same for the adjoining hotel restaurant, very nice dishes and desserts, though could possibly use a little more choice but this is not a real issue. Would definitely come here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay very close to all the action in Dublin.

This hotel is in a good location for walking to most of the areas in Dublin. The hotel itself is fine, nothing special. There is parking available at the hotel if you bring a car, so that's nice. The food is good and the customer service was great!

Hotel is located in a quiet section of town with short walks to popular areas. Temple Bar is a longer walk but doable. Front desk was always very helpful. Be warned that this hotel has 2 sections. The older non air-conditioned section and the newer air conditioning section. Verify where you'll be staying if it matters.
