  We had a Faboulas wknd. @ Cashel House Hotel .our suite was amazing .food was so fresh and mouth watering. staff were also very friendly. So happy ..fantastic

  Such a charming place to stay. The gardens are gorgeous, we had a beautiful view of them from our window. All the staff were so lovely and welcoming and the food was excellent. We even got to chat with the owner at dinner as she moved from table to table. She was lovely and passionate about the hotel, emphasising their focus on locally sourced food

  The hotel - 4 stars: The hotel has an old-school charm but it is teetering between a greatness past and a questionable present. Hopefully it will be saved before it's old-school physicality overruns the beauty underneath.
  The restaurant: 2 stars. The food is just below average at best. I think it's time for a new chef.
  The staff are on point. Polite, professional, attentive and fast.

  Very special hotel. Old fashioned and classic. The grounds around the hotel are amazing for a quick hike. The room was nice and spacious but the bathroom needs an update. Breakfast was nice but dinner was bad and expensive

  Lovely Victorian old manor with excellent staff and good food. Great step back in time to how vacationing in the country would have been like in the old days.

  Kay and her staff are surpassed only by the stunning tranquil senery. Excellent food rooms and service. First time staying, won't be the last.

  I loved it. Stunning room. Best we had on our trip. Owner was a lovely lady. Fine dining. The whole house and gardens were a real treat. Very lovely and helpful staff. Old worldly and romantic.
