  Fantastic customer service! I was told this morning that a recorder was required for school by Thursday. With the level 5 lockdown I ordered online from B Sharp music shop, hoping that it might be delivered quickly. It arrived less than 1 hour later, hand delivered.

  Found the staff rude, ignorant and very un helpful, also no refunds (which they don't specify in store) and, quote "if you persist to ask for a refund you'll get no store credit and be stuck with it"
  In response, Everything I said above is factual you where hostile and snide, nowhere in your store does it alert the public to the fact there are no cash refunds (which should be illegal) Regardless to the fact I got a credit note I have the right to share my opinion of my experience
