One of the few if not the only courier company that allows for changing the shipping address after the parcel has left the warehouse and still deliver the same day. Time slots are given early enough, and plus they offer several pick-up locations in the city, so handy and no trip to a depot that often is in the countryside!! Wish more companies would deliver via them.

EVERY time we have had a delivery through this company, they tell us it will be delivered between 5-6.00pm and it NEVER gets here. The excuse is there was no one to sign for it. TOTAL B SH..! I am here all day every day as I have no transport. What excuse do you have this time? You certainly are the top contender for the WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN IRELAND. I would not tell anyone else to use you! You don't even rate a star! Terrible service ( if you can call it that!).

Hassle free, reliable service. Some improvement would be great in communication (sometime they forget to inform the customer where the parcel is), but in general it's OK.

I use the DPD in Galway a few times a month and it has always been a good experience, nothing undelivered or gone missing, just what you would expect from a Currier service I suppose.

The first time I got anything delivered I missed the driver by minutes, he wanted to leave the items at a petrol station about 10kms from the house, I said I would collect them from the depot the next day. The following day I went to the depot and was handed 2 empty boxes. The steering linkage arms and the steering dampener for my Land Rover had been STOLEN from the depot. The manager was less than helpful, she said they were damaged goods and she could replace them on insurance. Damaged goods? They were stolen. I rang DPD customer services, useless. In dealing with this company no one ever said "sorry". I rang the vendor and informed them of what happened, and I reported the theft to the Guards.
Every time I see something is going to be delivered be this company I get a shiver down my back. Don't like them don't trust them. Make sure you inspect before you sign.response / report this review -

Poor service to be honest, might be a one off but important parcel to be delivered on Friday didn't arrive, or Saturday as was promised and no answer from anyone within company when rang. Wouldn't rely on them, my business is suffering now until it comes.
