  Such an amazing place! The atmosphere was cosy and homely, I was welcomed immediately when I got in through the door, the service was very personal, but professional, I got lots of tips what to do with the rest of my holiday here and was continuously asked if I needed anything else and was happy with the food. The waitress even gave me a book with photos of Killarney to spend the time waiting for my food. The food was delicious. I tried the Boxty, which is a local speciality, and really loved it. It was a very good decision in all aspects to go and eat here!

  This is one of the best steaks I've had very had. I think I could taste a hint of the grass the cow ate before it was turned into a steak. We made the reservation via a cab driver last minute and it was the right choice. Great soup too.

  Some of the best authentic food we've had on our trip to Ireland. We didn't have reservations, but were able to accommodate our party of 2 on short notice. The man who ran the front of house was very helpful and did a fantastic job getting us a seat in 20 minutes. After getting our food, it was all delicious, and the wait staff was great. This is definitely a well run restaurant, with a cozy vibe and excellent food. Highly recommend.

  The restaurant is well decorated, well located, and the staff was fantastic, the food however was really awful. I would urge anyone to stay away or stick to the basic plates e.g. the seafood chowder.

  Attentive service. Superior kitchen. Can't go wrong booking a reservation. Just remember to walk through the retail store to get to the stairs which take you to the second floor location of the restaurant.

  We came here for a celebration dinner on our trip to Ireland and it was great. The menu has something for everyone and the prix fixe menus are definitely a good deal (and quite a lot of food!) The service was very prompt and attentive, and the food was wonderful- very fresh and the menu had some creative twists on traditional cuts of meat/dishes. I very much enjoyed the apricot pork and the fresh mango sorbet. Definitely make this a stop on your visit to Killarney. PS- Good for large groups (a challenge we did not anticipate when we visited Ireland!)

  Do not forget to book! This place seems quite popular amongst locals. Decor is nice and homely and service is really good. Food was reasonable but unfortunately for me it wasn't too special. Overall good dining experience but it is unlikely I will return.

  Excellent place! My husband and I needed some dinner and our 4 mo old was not having being out and longer and a bit crabby. We opted to have me run to try and get take out-the really nice gentleman (I'm assuming manager or front of the house guy) was just awesome! He was able to have my order placed to go and it put together super quickly and was delicious!! It looked like a very busy Tuesday night, and they were so accommodating! I'll definitely come back with a reservation!

  This restaurant is amazing! My first time eating there a little over a week ago with my parents and sister. We were late for our reservation and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Food was absolutely perfect (Scallops are exceptionally good) even the bread was home made. Best meal in ages
