The days I'm at home and waiting on a parcel, the driver tries to 'attempt delivery' without knocking on my door or even giving me a missed delivery slip and just goes back. One of my parcels ended up in roscommon return letter being sent back to the sender for no proper reason given. I tried calling countless times to this delivery unit and the an post customer service but no one picks up the phone! If I order parcels with standard delivery WITHIN IRELAND they take over a week to get to me. It's only meant to take 2-3 working days. An post service is completely terrible and so are the workers at this delivery unit

Provides quick service for picking registered parcels and letters. Always remember to bring you Photo ID proof and if you are picking letter for someone else, then authority to collect.

It usually takes less than 5 minutes to pickup.

Terrible service as postman does not attempt a delivery just leaves attempted delivery note in the box and I need to drive to next town for the package. I was home on last five occasions, always the same thing. I have raised complaint with an post. Few days after raising the complaint it happened again so I am not expecting a positive outcome.

I will be contacting regulator Comreg who can get involved after 30 days from the date of complaint and suggest everyone to take the same approach to make a difference.

I would love to use other service than an post but not all sites allow to pick a courier.

I will post updates from my case here so stay tuned.

I have been here a few times to collect missed deliveries. Opens early which is convenient because you can go off to work afterwards. One time i was here to collect a delivery on behalf of my sister and there was no issue once i showed them my id and same surnames.
