Although the collection of dresses at this shop are beautiful, I was very disappointed with the service. I purchased my dress there last October, and paid for it all up front. It arrived in late May, and the wedding was in late June. I decided to get the alterations done through the shop, which was my first mistake. After 6 fittings, and two days before the wedding my dress was still not finished. It was still held up by pins. The shop were not at all understanding. They made unhelpful comments such as 'sure most brides only collect their dress the day before the wedding' They caused me a huge amount of stress before my wedding and not one word of apology was uttered by either of them. It turned out that I had to take a chance and Wear the dress without having had a final fitting. Luckily it turned out fine, and I did love my dress. As I said lovely collection of dresses but terrible customer service. And do not get alterations done through the shop!

My other half went in while 6 weeks pregnant and tried on a dress. She got on well with the lady who owned the shop and tried on a few dresses. She eventually put on a deposit of €150 or so on a dress.
She wasn't sure about it, however her mother went and paid for the dress in full the next day. A few weeks later she changed her mind and didn't like the dress anymore. She called the shop to see what they can do for her regarding the deposit. The lady who owned the shop was so rude to her on the phone after Aisling explaining the situation. She told her the dress was paid for in full the day after and this dress was ordered back in March 2016, for a wedding the following March 2017, but wouldn't be in until 6 weeks before the wedding.
She said there was nothing she could do and even if the dress wasn't paid for that she would make us pay for it. She didn't offer any other solution or transferring the monies paid to another dress and just hung up the phone.
Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who wants someone pleasant to deal with or who's professional.
