Always liked this incarnation of the Scholars, good location, the most friendly staff! A great coffee can be had here and the food ,enu is very good value too.

Lovely cosy spot on the UL campus. Good coffee, decent food. Nice for a pint and some good entertainment. Toilets are 'outside' but in a sheltered area just outside the door of the bar/cafe.

Very cosy place with a nice ambience. The coffee here is nice and the food is good value for money. The only problem is that it's not open late on a Friday night as a quiet alternative to other louder bars such as the Stables Club.

However, I strongly recommend this place for its food and drink and occasional live bands and open mic night.

The nicest bar on the University of Limerick campus. It's the one that the staff tend to choose. Very much a pub atmosphere. Excellent Guinness, Beamish and a few lagers and things. I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars because the food is a bit stodgy and basic. But as a non eating pub, this is really a great place!!!
