they could do better than this.

staff are nice and helpful, but i cant say the same for breakfast menu, although this is my first time to a 3 star hotel, i have to say, breakfast is disappointing.
The pool location is too near to the restaurant entrance, the hotel layout is not so great, considering people coming out of the pool with water dripping exactly at the entrance of the buffet breakfast.
the wall is incredibly thin. privacy here means, no talking on the hallway or everyone in the room 3 doors back and 3 doors in front of you can hear you talking.
the location is not so bad, it is in the good entertainment area right next to a karaoke, a coffee shop, a steak house, and a bread store.
spend 1 nights there, the lack of other good franchise hotel gives them the opportunity to hike the price.

Quite descent hotel to stay in Garut. Very well located, just next to nice restaurants and bakery. Breakfast was good, mostly Indonesian style breakfast with good variety. Although, no western menu which is fine for me. Room was a bit small and we didn't get any view from the room. I think this is a good hotel to stay for work in Garut so far.

Second time visit and stay at Fave Hotel Cimanuk Garut. I got a better experiences on my first visit.
On my last visit I got a bad impression since my first step came in to the building, the security was unfriendly, the receptionist before she finish my registration she took another guest to register who came after me. Come on seriously???

The last, I booked a non smoking room another week before but there is no non-smoking room available for me, how could?? While I came in a low session. Compare to my first visit in high session, I got the room I want

Anyway food service is good if you want to order it to your room and the food is tasty with reasonable price (cheap)

Garut itself has already a lot of tourist attractions. Fave Garut offer an affordable accommodation. Interesting tenant surround the hotel. Should be great place, too bad not to well maintain. Wifi so so. Need more attention on room cleanliness, low quality of TV channel. Corridor and lobby should be great also but tear of paintings and worn out paint make it like an old hotel.

The only advantage of staying at this hotel is the location in which near to the city center. The room is clean and adequate enough. They served a so-so breakfast.

This is a three stars hotel after all. Nothing to expect more regarding the facilities and services.

For a hotel in this price range it definitely a good choice. The food is rather good and they also have a real swimming pool that you can actually swim in. The hot water in the shower work nicely which sometimes you can not even meet in higher place hotel.

Excellent location in the center of city. Near Good Restaurant, Family Karaoke, and Great Pool Place. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet. If nothing else had gone right with hotel front desk lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in restaurant where we had great breakfast. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I recommend this hotel to everyone, who is looking for a good stay, good food and great hospitality.

All of the food is delicious, fresh, tasty and well put together and presented. The service lovely. The prices are pocket friendly also. Sitting arrangements are also good and staff is also very polite. Whoever is cooking back in the kitchen needs a medal.

the room are clean n cozy. hot shower a bit non functional when all the guest using it.

no water heater at pool. no view. foods are so so.

Located in the heart of Garut City, had a little bit disappointment during my stay. Was doing a laundry but on the last day we checked in, our laundry not even washed. They had to send our laundry to another supplier or laundromat near by hotel. General Manager was not there, and they need to be managed more professionally although only a budget hotel.

to be honest, i didn't know why my toddler feel uncomfortable staying in this hotel for the first time. it was getting worse when he seem affraid of something that make him didn't want to entry the Hotel at the night after we went out in the afternoon. So, i did an early check out and find another hotel. Maybe this is because the hotel near cemetry.

I was staying in Fave Hotel Cimanuk last month with my familiy. Overall experience is good

I like that the hotel provide mineral water dispenser in the corridor (it really useful if you need hot water) though it often ran out of water - suggest to check it every morning

Parking is abundant and really near the hotel

One minor improvement that I suggest: when I arrive the rooms feel not fresh (agak bau krn lembab). If you can make the room feel fresh before guest arrive, it would be very nice

I love the smell of the room. Soo good which I never found in other hotel we found. I like the idea to provide the water dispenser in the hall. Indeed, water is important once we are out. Love the service. Unfortunately, in the pool we still need to ask for towel for drying. It's unconfortable. It's better provided while there is a swimmer. Love the location as so close to culiner of Garut and places to hang out. Parking lots are also large. I love the quietness and peaceful night to stay. Next time, more things to put so people can selfie for their memorable moments staying there. I saw flat and plain decoration or ornaments which characterize the Fave hotel.

Too expensive for budget hotel, NO tea/coffer and NO kettle for boiling water in the room. Poor internet wifi speed. Room floor is tile, not carpet.
Other than those, this hotel is great in Garut City. New and clean hotel. Nice and friendly staff. There is swimming pool, my kids were happy for this.

Ini untuk kedua kali nya kami sekeluarga menginap di favehotel garut. Tidak terlalu byk perubahan. Para staf selalu ramah, melihat saya bawa tas banyak lgs dibantu dan dibawakan ke kamar kami. Kamar nya memang kecil tp nyaman. Lingkungan sekitar hotel byk tempat makan. Tidak kecewa menginap di favehotel garut. Thx favehotel

Very nice hotel & great staffs. They were very helpful. Hotel can provide rental transport for you to go around Garut, hiking Gunung Papandayan or even to go back to Bandung Airport/Hotel.
