While I was here just attending a wedding party. Overall the hotel quite nice, but have a bad experience with the food in the wedding. The duck in salad is stingy and the main buffett couldnt eat anything because the taste really bad. Shame for rate 4star hotel like this. Hopefully they can improve their food taste.

Only downside is the location.

I'm here for a wedding reception. The route to find a parking space is quite confusing, it is located down in the basement and the lift to the lobby is located in the corner of the basement. Make sure to come earlier, else it will be difficult to find a parking space (except if you don't drive). The ballroom seems quite grand and luxurious. It is nicely decorated.

Rooms are very nice, the pool is also good. Internet is pretty good, sometimes has access to Reddit, it's random. The breakfast could be better.

Memes are spicy. Reddit works every other hour. Pool is advertised as an infinity but is definitely finite. Staff are very friendly, almost too friendly. Nice rooms, clean, 8/10 with rice

Its great hotel with an excellent service. Good meals in their Botani Resto, soo many choices of food. There are some meeting rooms, available swimming pool. There are clean restrooms (more than 10 rooms) in 2nd floor, but only open when theres event/meeting in 2nd floor. Available smooking floor too.. (6th floor).

Been using their service since 2014.

But no significant improvement (not even met customer requirement):
At least these what I could describe based on today’s evidence (12 March 2018, 9.20am).
- No standardization in following up User Request (different banquet’s PIC, different result: layout, room setting)
- Slow respond: been asking for room equipment for 30 minutes, but still no respond
- Room setting kept on changing (I don’t know how they handle user request??? -> We have 5 days training, 3days was going okay, day 4th everything messed up!)
After confirming to Sales Manager, he mentioned that he already coordinate with Banquet’s PIC (but we pay to Holiday Inn, that’s Holiday Inn responsibility to give the excellent service, we don’t care who is doing what!)

I really not recommended using Holiday Inn as your meeting venue.
Or, you got to receive their excuse all day!

They have a lot of exceptional staff. Made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Some speak better English than me I suspect (Aussie). Everything was clean, new and appealing - food, Decor, amenities, etc. Future booking here is a no brainer

Clean room. Helpful and kind staff. Free shuttle service to 3 different shopping malls. Free lounge access to qualified members with afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Breakfast is good and many choices. Recommended hotel.

Quite luxurious and better than other holiday inn hotels in other cities, the food are great (so did with other hotels near the area strangely) strategically placed and not too far from international airport but not much view in there. Recommended for business trip or short visit who need to be closer to the airport.

Luxury hotel located closed to the JIExpo Kemayoran. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I was booked through online travel agent and don't know that exactly the room I book was smoking and twin. But then the receptionist try to find out any available room and finally gave me king size bed and non smoking room (even actually this is the room for disability person). So that I also know that the hotel has special room for disability person.

We just visited that hotel due to the marriage invitation of our friend's son. Only a little we knew the hotel situation. But the food was quite okay. The ballroom's also looks nice. We loved the music playing there. The way going there.. that's what we didn't' know well. We're seldom going to that area.

well the hotel is really nice.
restaurant has eastern and western food and the quality is good.
staff always nice and ready to assist.
the bed thing.. is the carpet!
old dusty and it is not been clean properly.
it is a pitty.
change it we are no more in the '80.. and you don't want at least clean it well.

Really enjoyable stay with family.
Pro : - new modern style
- clean and cozy room
- one of the nicest pillow and mattresses (pillows has firm or soft choice)
- breakfasts had many choices and quite delicious

One of best hotel for MICE at North Jakarta area.
Room rates not so expensive compared to hotel facilities and location, also there are ballroom, meeting rooms, quite spacious parking lot, and have direct access to medium mall focused on F&B outlets.

I booked in the other one so i was lost and taxi dropped me there because of bad directions. The receptionist was able to give me hotel car service for free at least to the next one which I booked because it's not easy to get a taxi late in that place as its my first night with bags. They were not helpful.

Good choice for business traveller working at the Expo, rooms are nice. In room TV service has good selection but not great quality. Only one restaurant with basic menu, food is only OK. Service is very good. Summary if the food was better this would be a great hotel.

Typical Holiday Inn, with everything you can expect from this chain hotel. Location is a bit off the main tracks, but there is a BlueBird Taxi stand just around the corner, so transportation isn't much of a problem if you want to use it. What makes the hotel special is the team of people working there. One of the best Holiday Inn experiences worldwide. They go above and beyond to accommodate you the best they can - even in matters not related to the hotel per se. Highly recommended.

Arriving at this hotel, you immediately made me feel at home.

From Receptionist to the cook, everyone I got to know during my 5 night stay made me feel comfortable. The hospitality seems to be within all personal and since the one and a half years of operation, the hotel and his staf are in perfect operation.
