Not to bad, But it’s brand new of the name.
Before this name is kagum hotel hihi, quick check in and friendly reception.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you'll stay longer. With the same amount of money you can get a much more better hotel in a better area. The room is so small and the lighting is bad. The light in my room is broken and the sleep light have weird sound that scared me that it will blew. My major concern is the bathroom, it is very small and not comfortable at all. It feel like bathroom in the plane or train. They dont provide bathroom amenities, not even the bathmat in front of the bathroom. Also don't think that you'll have buffet breakfast. You can only choose a menu of breakfast, with only 3 choice of meal and they will give it to your room. The only thing they provide in the room is coffee.

Quite horrid experience with the place. The staff are great though, fast response to my complain about the shower (the water doesn't came out).
The bed sheet is a bit dirty, the pillow sheet is dirty as well, and the toilet is claustrophobic to say the least.response / report this review -

Does not feel like 2-star hotel, it feels more than 2-star hotel. The room is clean and comfortable and the customer service are very friendly. They also have pool table. Really like this place.

Affordable price and in a quite strategic location should be the only reasons why you stay here. There are many things need to be improved, but couldnt complain, it's a budget hotel to begin with. Whenever you complain with any of the staff, they will mention that at all times.

Limited parking, small room, you can hear clearly from the other rooms people talk. But the crew is very nice, and got free breakfast.

With this rates, there are few options better. Bathroom is very small, the water is smelly (I do recommend not to stay here if bathroom cleanliness is one of your priority). I think the size of the room depends (every room isn't at the same size). The service is unreliable. But it's one of modern budget hotels with the nearest range to the station.

Letaknya dijalan utama kota bandung, design yang minimalis, kamar kecil jika dibandingkan dengan hotel lain dengan harga serupa, beberapa perangkat ada yang rusak bocor, beda harga beda kualitas kamar. cukup sekali menginap disini dengan 2 tipe kamar yang berbeda (deluxe (terpaksa krna kehabisan kamar) & superior (pindah kamar dr sebelumnya)

Been here once, pelayanan untuk late check in cukup sigap. Kurang lebih cukup nyaman dan bersih. Sampai saya membuka toiletnya. Menurut saya toiletnya perlu banyak diupgrade, entah kenapa terkesan jorok dan terlalu kecil.

mengecewakan,pintu toilet tdk bisa dikunci,tissue toilet tdk ada,menginap 2 malam (2 org) perlengkapan mandi hanya satu,sandal satu, welcome drink hanya satu,dihari kedua air tdk panas, aroma air bau,handuk warnanya sdh dekil, kunci masuk kamar error,ruangan agak gelap krn lampu yg satu mati(tdk ada)..Kami berada di ruangan 302..
