The staff are kind and really helpful. You get free wifi, television, and optional free smoking area in the room. Unfortunately I couldn't the bath up 😥

Easy access to the hotel. It is close to many restaurants or sightseeing like cibodas botanical garden. If you come with big a group using coach then you will have a problem because the road is pretty narrow

Lingkungan hotel yang bersih, sejuk dan indah. The swimming pool is not big enough but ya it's okay. Oh, easy notice from traffic because they have a huge billboard on the side of the road. Deket ke Taman dan Kota Bunga dan Kebun Raya Cibodas.

Hotel is quite far from the road, hard to find food in addition to that provided by the hotel, the hotel is quite large and is suitable for large events with the number of guests that much, less suited to stay a couple because it is relatively quiet and spoky

Overall it is a good resort!
The rooms are nice and comfortable, the area is huge, the food is great (room service is expensive though), the facilities are plenty.
