Its a nice,clean, comfort and its one of huge hotel in puncak. It has garden view, Rabbit village for the kids and 2swimming pool but not suitable for kid under 7years old with no companies, because the kids pool quite deep. The insects1 are really noisy, it strongly brings us to feel the nature. The hotel has air condition in each room eventhough the place is quite cool.
But some things, they need to improve. We have to be patient to get the hot water for shower, if we have to rush, better we take a bath early in the morning.
And they need to maintaince the children play ground better. The toys looked soo dirty and old. And put warm water for the pool. Its toooo cool to swim. So the guess could use them maxximumly.
I hope it can help u to make a decision.😊

Lovely place. Good for family. Good pool no chemical smell. Spaxious room and enough hot water. Nice breakfast but late for refill. When I came most food was not fill, but serve then.

Room is good, pool is good, sites and views are good, food is good, but hospitality is 50-70, due to too many questions asked during breakfast just because additional 1 kid. Not to mentioned being ask to pay before eat. That's like not trusting your guest?

Great place for the family. Spacious rooms. Some have private pool. There is a kids club, tennis court, a common pool, and a "rabbit village" for the kids. They also rented out Indian tents.

the weather at this place is cold, even in a mid of a day. the beautiful scenery bring us, as if we are in other space (thats what i feel) you can find a lot of beautiful place in world and this area is one of them. dont forget to bring warmth clothes if you want to visit this place, also a lot of food because cold will stimuls you to eat more. and last, by my experience smoking cigarrette at this place is tasty together with kopi liongpokoke macok.

A super well maintained old hotel. You can see, smell and feel that it's an old hotel. But they took a good care of the hotel, including the rooms and the surrounding.
Breakfast is 3 start hotel standard in an open restaurant.
Oh, and they don't have Air Conditioning here, not in the restaurant or in the room. But the temperature outside is quite chill, around 20 C at night and up 28 C at noon.

It's a very nice hotel. Clean and neat. Rooms are well prepared. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing is that there was no one at the reception to attend to us on our arrival as we arrived very early in the morning and i found the staff sleeping in the back. The breakfast is delicious. The view is amazing. No A/C in the rooms but they managed to get us a fan which was helpful as the weather is cool in Puncak. Laundry service is very quick and cheap. In general, i liked the hotel.

Only 3 hours from Jakarta. Best hotel in Puncak (service and almost facilities). Its a good place to relax, enjoy scenery with your family in reasonable prices.
Minus from them, the hotel bath room is not comfortable for toddler 3-5 y.o

Stay at one of valley junior suite..the view from balcony is not as depicted in their website. 3 giant trees blocking the sight. Nonetheless it showcases a lush untouched forest with various sounds of chirping birds
