Stay at zdenka with not meet basic standard hotel services.. No tea, sugar, coffee just two Bootle of mineral water.. No tissue at room but toilet tissue ex used need new one to replace, no sandal Try to contact housekeeping but the phone no answer.. The room dusty.. No tv cable just local station..

Sorry to say but it doesn't worth the price. BAD STAFF and bad attitude is a big no no. considering you sell a service in this business. Small bathroom. The water heater was broken probably due to cost saving. There's a telephone but nobody answered my mom's call. Don't get fooled by the first view. First impression you will see a luxury building. But inside the room you will find a cheap room motel.

Such a nightmare and horrible experience. It doesn't worth the price. BAD STAFF and bad attitude is a big no no. considering you sell a service in this business. Many stuff was broken. The water heater was broken probably due to cost saving. There's a telephone but nobody answered my mom's call. Don't get fooled by the first view. First impression you will see a luxury building. But inside the room you will find a cheap room motel.

This hotel located near the ranch puncak, and have a clean & comfortable room but they don't have a lift so you must use the stairs

Nice hotel near Taman matahari. Has a swinging pool. Can walk to Taman Matahari and D'Ranch :)

Customer service is slow and not solving the fixation of hot water and wifi issues. Attributes like refrigerator and water heater are not clean. Otherwise, the view is good

Good view, good architecture.

But then food was not that good. Some of the guys who served us not really professional by checking his mobile phone while cooking omelette for us.

Room is too expensive for its rate. I'd rather say that the price supposed to be 300k-400k maximum.
