Quaint, cozy, clean and with all the charm of a Balinese version of The Best Exotic Marigold. Beds are crisp and comfortable, bathrooms quite clean by Bali standards and the grounds are lovely. Airconditioning worked well and the pool is superb. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and every amenity and store you could want are all within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The down side is that the breakfast can be a bit 'hit and miss' at times; out of coffee, cold buffet foods etc, albeit beautiful food just a bit down in service standards. In short.do your research, understand what you are buying, and have realistic expectations. If you do this you will realise this is the best $40 a night (including breakfast and transfers) that you're going to get anywhere. We'll be back.

This hotel is surprisingly affordable and packed with so many facilities. You can get queen sized bed, spacious room, bathub, and also swimming pool and place to chill. The scenery is very spacious and serene. The breakfast is so so, but with that affordable price, you can't ask for more. Totally worth it!

Breakfast was terrible supposed to be 7 to 10, but by 9am 2/3 of food trays are empty which there were only 6 of them to start with, also somehow everything is stale even if you get there early. Room service comes in at 9am villa pool has never been cleaned, but main one looks ok. Service phone doesn't work and they closed kitchen 9:30 pm even though supposed to be open till 10 and we are supposed to order dialing 0. When i walked over to order food they argued with me their 10pm is earlier than actual, which made no sense at all receptionist was showing me her watch that said 10:15 and said her watch is the time they work by, even though it was actually 9:45. Rooms are also not very clean, felt like I would get dirtier if I took a bath.

Just AVOID it!
Bad:
-breakfast was awful - nothing was fresh - not really tasty and way to early.
-mistakes in the booking.
-A/C wan't working and bathroom not very clean.
-pictures are not always accurate.
Good:
-the pool
Way better options available in the area with a better location (took the pool 20 mins for our driver to find the location even with a GPS) and a better service/room.
Tip: Precise exactly which room you want do not assume that the pictures will be accurate or that they will be placing you in the right room!
Booking had a very bad customer service and handled it very poorly.response / report this review -

For 5 weeks everything was great. The bedroom has everything for a pleasant stay, air-co, fan, wonderful bathroom, toilet and every day the room has been cleaned.The pool was WOW especially the view to the sea. We had great dinners also. The garden is beautiful and also tracked every day. The chauffeur was great and the manager did a great job as all the staff-members. Thanks all for an unforgettable stay in Villa Disana!!!
