The service is fantastic. Got to stay in the Emerald suite which if you can you should do. Buffet breakfast is great and the staff are so helpful and friendly.

A bit aged. Hallways smell slightly moldy as it is moist.

Seems to be way past its glory days. As others have said in the reviews, this place doesn't seem by any measure to be 5 stars. More like 3 stars. The food was almost inedible. We ordered both Western dishes and Asian. We have had better food on the street at warungs. Lighting is out in places and the aircon is clearly struggling as it was hot and sweaty just waiting in the lounge.

The best! they have private beach and pool. (Canggu beach)very good service,good food,and friendly people and staff. If you look for quiet place,walking on the sand, swimming and want to see wonderful sky full of stars this is the best that I really recommended. Thanks to Ms. FELICIA

Customer Service on check in was terrible. They didnt evenlet me know where and when breakfastwas or what hotel offers.They make you pay upfront for your stay and also pay deposit for room services. I requested airport transfer for family with 2 babies. we were waiting at airport till late and than told to just get a taxi.That was only the start. The rooms were large but not clean smelled like sewage. we requested a different room only to be told they fully booked out. No apology at this point. No mini bar no hotel information in the rooms shower didnt work well. the lights in bathroom 2 didnt work if someone had lights in main room off. You could hear leaking pipes all night. Only 1 lift worked. Pool had wires exposed in pool pot holes in pool area. Kids could get feet trapped. Bad sewage smell near gym.
I have stayed in cheaper cleaner hotels in Bali with 2 stars. Breakafst also gave me Food poisoning on the way home. I would never stay here again. Waste of money and you can find way better anywhere in Baliresponse / report this review -

Beautiful beach, beautiful sea view, the breakfast is good enough, and good services of resort's staff. One of the best resort in Bali. I'm satisfied to ever stayed in this resort.

Overall the service here was amazing. 100%. The hotel room we had was the two bedroom suite which had beautiful fittings. It is however looking a little tired, as the humidity and sea air would cause things to age quicker from my own personal experience.

If you want to staycation in Bali, just stay here. This hotel have a large room with sea panoramic. Nice pool and gazebo. Enjoy your day with family will be nice. This hotel also have a connection with the beach.

I love staying in LV8. The room is great with spacious living room, nice bedroom and bathroom as well. The balcony is overlooking the beach. The ultimate thing about staying here is the beach which is marvelous and the swimming pool. That two things make the staying excelent. Breakfast is average.. but served well and fresh.

Terrible experience. We were told check in was at 2pm. Made to wait 2 hours to check in with hardly even an apology or something to drink or eat. Staff did not speak good english and weren't very helpful at all. The rooms, location pool and hotel itself is amazing! However this is all let down by management. We had three rooms and organised one room for late checkout (2pm instead of 10am) so we could put all our bags in one room and relax by the pool before departing. However when we came back from breakfast at 9;30 we had all been locked out of our rooms with all our bags and stuff still inside them. When we asked staff they did not even apologise or offer an explanation just stared blankly at us VERY DISAPPOINTING AND RUDE. Also the food was very very poor, possibly some of the worst tasting food I've ever had in bali and was expensive too and the rooms did not have safes plus the sliding doors to the balcony wouldn't lock in all 3 rooms. All in all i would NEVER stay here again!!!!!

The place is cozy, the room and the service is awesome. It has a private beach too. Not too crowded and very suit for honeymoon. The only thing i don't like is when there are some special event in pool, we have to spend extra money to get some table or chair near pool even if we stay there.
And, there are a lot of mosquitos if your room is garden view one. But overall this place is awesome.response / report this review -

Luxury and so beautiful hotel. Very elegant and beautiful place. It is near Vue Beach Club and you can get free gym. Nice place if you bring your family up to 6-8 people.

An amazing place with a wonderful view of ocean. Very peaceful and calm place to stay in Bali. The view is just amazing. However they have less options in food and a bit pricey too. But that can be covered up by stay and view. Ocean side pool is just wow.

Apart from 5 stars hotel. Demanding more detail services. Some services quite clumsy :
1. Provide tea and coffee in the room but do not provide the tea spoon. How we can stir the coffee ? With finger perhaps.
2. Some alley smell very bad.
3. Lets some customer smoking in their rooms with their main door opens so the corridor smells cigarette.
4. Ask for cleaning since day , spot stain in my linen (dont know it is blood or wine ) but they dont change it.
Other things was meets the services i expected from 5 star hotels. (Friendly staff, informative, facilities :beach house, bar , etc.) Is good so i rated 4 stars.response / report this review -

Great place in the hotel for sun-set watchers on Canggu beach is their poolside bar - ordered a pizza and beers to go with watching a beautiful panoramic sunset on the beach!

Super love for the infinity swimming pool and direct access to beach. Love the big room but not the balcony view from the hotels room. Like a pond or water flood not nice. And for the location is ok not near the main street 'cause if you rent a car it is not far to get you to everywhere.

Probably the most beautiful pool in Bali. It is possible to go for the day.
Cost is 100,000 to swim in the pool and minimum consumption is 250,000.
During the day, it's pretty empty.but once the sun starts setting, then the place gets filled up with locals.response / report this review -
