This is my second home, staff are super friendly and are always willing to go above and beyond. Always stay here when I come to Bali.

Casa padma suites is very well located. It is near Legian beach that can be reached only by 5 minutes walking time. The room is also very big. Worth the money. The staff is also very helpful. EThe minus point is that this place only has a very limited car parking space, only enough for 4-5 cars.

I will say that it has been a great stay in Casa Padma. The staff are great, the location was brilliant and the superior rooms were spacious (301). Huge bathroom and storage area along with a couch and tv for the times you just want ‘you time’. As a solo traveller this room was massive and suited all needs having laundry straight across the road (24hr turn around) all amenities plus two waters every day. Will definitely stay here again with a great price and location. Downfalls were the wifi being weak but great I the lobby, the room faced the bar across the road which had a herd of cats screaming into the mic for karaoke BUT, at the absolute latest of midnight, it was quiet and had no issues to sleep. The cleaner carried out only basic tasks but honestly, they were just there to put things back in order. The rooms were clean and comfy. They also had earplugs in the room (#winning) which I only used for the first night and had no problems sleeping through out my time. Curtains are not black out but hey, your in Bali! Go to the beach and enjoy the morning sunrise and beach walks. Will recommend for future travellers.

Nice clean place with great staff, friendly environment. Great location just minutes from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend.

You will love to staying here and wont got anywhere else the staff are so accommodating and the food is to amazing in the restaurant .. rooms are nice and big and very comfortable

The Deluxe Suite was very nice and clean..
But, the room insulation is not so good, I can hear people walking and talking in the aisle and also from the guest at the room next door.
The hot water only available for the bathtub, not for the shower or wash basin.
The flat lcd tv does not equipped with usb port.

Our stay was really relaxing, the staff were very helpful. We only had to approach them once with an issue and they sorted it out within 20 minutes. The feeling you get while you are at the hotel is different to the other hotels we have stayed at in Bali and thinking about it, it has to do with the staff and the way they work together - happily. The office staff were helpful and followed up to make sure that you were comfortable and looked after. The superior room we stayed in was spacious, could have used a touch of paint on the roof as there were a couple of stains on it. There were only two other things that would have made our stay better and they were, another towel rack (there was only 1 on the wall) and a drying rack for the towel/swimmers to get dry. All in all it was the best hotel we have stayed in over the last 16 years of holidaying in Bali.

Double suite room 308, the shower wasnt strong enough, the room is really big, enough to accomodate our 7 members of our family. The room service nice, but the breakfast not fast need to wait more than 20 mins
