Took a package deal. 8 dives/3nights. 8 dives were awesome. If I could do this again I would take 12 dives. The Liberty is worth more than one dive. Lots of different kind of fish and lots of nudibrands. Nightdive for larger size fish/schools. Reefgarden is really nice too.
Accommodation is large. However dated. 2 pools. Breakfast/lunch is OK. Restaurants nearby. Good quality and cheap food. You will not find bars, clubs or a nightlife here. This is a divesite and you can plan up to 5 dives a day

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. The room was big and clean.but there was quite a bad smell in the room. Dont know if it's in every room like that. We also did a nice wreckdive very early! Amazing ;)

Stayed here for two nights and what a bargain! Breakfast was great and left us full. We went diving with the resort, which was also a great price! The wreck is about a two minute walk from the resort, which was very convenient. They have two decently sized pools for training and leisure. Found the staff very pleasant. All in all we went on 3 dives and had a great experience.

Beach front villas are superb. Wonderful wooden deck, nice pools, and lush, green grass overlooking the sea. Amazed to see some sea turtles very close to the shore line and a short snorkle out to see the shipwreck.
WiFi is weak so cannot be reached in all rooms.response / report this review -

We spent a couple of nights here, as we aren't divers but thought the place looked beautiful. It was a great stay. Great staff, great setting, great room and we even got to joke around a little with the owners. I highly recommend this place for solitude and relaxation, even if you aren't a diver!

Great location and amenities aside from the internet which was horrible. People are friendly and the dive spots are amazing. Booking through agoda gets you a room far down the street so best to book through another company.

Currently staying in the hotel whilst completing my PADI À.O.W.D. excellent instructor(Putu), dives are awesome, liberty wreck is spectacular, so much bigger than expected. Night dives are spectacular. Rooms are clean and basic, food is reasonably priced

Excellent hotel in Tulamben. The grounds are very well maintained. The rooms are well cared for. Two pools in rear courtyard. Since the rear courtyard is away from the roads you don't hear the noise from the traffic. Free breakfast was nice but I preferred other restaurants in town for lunch and dinner. Mini fridge came stocked with drinks (for a pretty cheap price). We planned to stay one night but ended up here for 5 nights. We didn't dive through them though.

Apparently 'qualified' staff had dangerous practices – my friend's third and last dive of the day was also the deepest, against common practice.
Reporting itching and discomfort around her belly which turned vividly burgundy within minutes, Tulamben Wreck Divers staff dismissed it merely as an 'allergy' – he later asked how he was to know - he wasn't a diver!
Oxygen was finally dispensed – but her eyes rolled back, her face and lips turned white, she convulsed, frothed at the mouth, cold-sweated profusely, before fainting – while we waited for the Dive Guide and Instructor to arrive. No doctor was called even though I insisted.
My friend was taken by car to the first hospital where they stabilised her – then, after almost two hours, to a second hospital's Emergency ward. She was told she would have to go to the main hospital in Denpasar, 3.5 hours away if she got worse. They recommended that she not dive again because of the trauma of decompression sickness and skin bends.
Management of the resort demanded their money back for expenses and medication from the second hospital – I had used all the money I was carrying for ambulance and emergency treatment at the first. They said they were uninsured – and we should be reimbursed by our own insurance.response / report this review -

Great price. Great location for dives. Has a dive center that we did not use. Owner was the first bali person I met who would not smile much and sometimes seemed grumpy.

Nice cozy diving resort, walking distance to some of the dive sites. Dive guides are very friendly and professional.
Resort - big room, helpful staffs, can improve on the WiFi signal though. Will be 5 stars if there are more variety of food in the vicinity.response / report this review -

Just a basic hotel, very budget friendly. Pools were nice, staff were friendly. The rooms weren't too clean (sheets were stained), shower head moved and wouldn't stay in place. Otherwise, perfectly fine for the money.

Really close to the shore where you enter the sea to dive the wreck. Breakfast is good, hotel is clean and the pool is great.
The promised sea view is a little bit of water from the balcony over some roofs. The employees are really friendly and uncomplicated. It was a bit weird thougt, that they were not able to organize any transport from the reception - telefon was disabled.

You don't need to even get on a boat! You dive out from the shore and immediately you encounter the USAT Liberty wreck at 5 meter depth. I also did a nice wall dive from the shore! The first thing I saw on entering the waters was a school of very large bumphead parrotfishes.
