Room is great. Must switch and off the air con control to get right temperature. Coffee house spread average. Maybe I came late at 8+ am (Pekan Baru time). Generous seating area. Tried to get an adaptor for my Singapore plug (I brought the wrong one); they have run out of it. Room service, housekeeping and front desk staff warm and friendly.

The room is modern, clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool and a gym. However, it is quite far from mini markets and the closest restaurant to the hotel is KFC. Also, it is hard to connect to the free WiFi service that the hotel provides. You need to ask the operator for the username and password, but sometimes the login page just doesn't come up. Other than that, it's got a really comfortable room, even the standard rooms are spacious.

The hotel is close to the airport. Easy to find food, just a walking distance. The breakfast was not too badbut Indonesian food mostly. The room was pretty spacious. But only one HBO channel and Starworld, other than Indonesian tv channel for in house entertainment. Basically it's worth the price.

Well, it offers basic amenities; ensuite bedrooms, towels, toothbrush n paste, soap, shampoo.
However, the receptionists' service need to be improved coz the check-out process took me 30 mins. 😑

I like the room, quite big. Breakfast is standard. No egg corner, you need to order. Coffee is bad, well you'll never find any good coffee in hotel, won't you?
