  the building is actually good but not maintenanced well, one walk away from the beach, service is not really good, the building is pretty old

  The Management of the hotel doesn't pay the salary to the staff. So, the staff doesn't clean the room and doesn't help to the guests. Even the security.

  This hotel was not to our liking! it was dainted, with broken parts in the bathroom and kitchen. When we got to the hotel it was stop in two toilets. The beach was not for swimming only for watersports, we had to take a taxi when we wanted to go swimming, became very expensive in the end. The kitchen was poorly equipped with few utensils, cooking became extremely spartan. the only thing that rises up grade to three instead of two, it was very nice staff.

  3 star Condo Hotel on Benoa Beach. Beautiful views, next to the water sports area. rooms are spacious and comfortable. Affordable. Service is adequate.

  Very nice location and room. The room was very big with a great view, but wasn't very clean and it seems that the staff is not very well informed about stuff. We got different answers to the same question depending on who you asked.
  
  We had a groupon with 1 free lunch and 2 free dinners, but they had one menu with 3 items to choose from ( Headlined LUNCH MENU ) for both lunch and dinner?
  
  It is such a nice place with so much potential. I just think it is not managed properly and a lot of things are broken all over the place. (Water Features ect.)

  Close to the beach, had fun parasailing, fishing trips, friendly staff and great for relaxing. Highly recommended.
