Fantastic villa with wonderful quick service. The house keeping staff is polite and highly cooperative. Host Ida is wonderful, she caters to other request as well, manages site seeing and also provide hotel recommendations for lunch/dinner.

Villa with private pool. Well behaved staff. But a lil far from Kuta beach. The AC is very small for the room.

Peaceful, relatively good service and quality food, down side our jacuzzi didn't work and after asking reception we were informed they were aware of this fault but failed to mention it in the room description or when we checked in but we were still expected to pay full price.

I have booked for 3 days but I think we should go to better option . Villa is good but we didn't utilize the facility . I think we will get better option.

the room is as shown in the pictures. although the lightning was not as ambient in it. private pool was clean. wifi is best in the city. but at night there are mosquitos, they provided bug bats. during noon due to full glass doors and panels. it might get abit too warm to sleep in. the place is great for serenity travellers to kuta

I stayed at a private villa and not a room in the hotel. The place is nice and prestigious. You can really enjoy the swimming pool. The place is next to the airport and to the Galeria shopping center. It is quiet and peaceful.

The review is for the SPA.
The most pathetic spa I have ever experienced. The hotel rooms converted into a spa. Unclean rooms, worst bathrooms, stinky place. Completely mismanaged and they charge $60+ USD for a 2 hour spa. Not recommended at all. Most pathetic place in Bali.

Nice private villa. Not as immaculate as the pics suggest but still decent. Some mosquitoes around but they do provide a net around the bed. Overall a positive experience. Pool was nice but no stairs or ladder made exit difficult.
