The hotel facilities is good. Breakfast menu is vary and taste good. The room is clean and comfortable except the towel seems old. I think it's time for hotel management to renew the old towels.
The service from the frontdesk is not very nice. Front desk staff and concierge wasn't friendly at all.
This hotel need a friendly people in the front to make customer experience better.

I got executive deluxe room, and it's spacy. Not the huge one, but spacy enough. What I love the most : THE BATHROOM. I can be cranky if related to bathroom. But I love this one. The design, the bath tub, the glass wall separating the tub and the bed, I just love it. Ohh, and you can get free unlimited access to executive lounge if you stay in executive room, also they provide free airport transfer

Nice place to stay while in pekanbaru. There are many kinds of foods for breakfast You can try so many kind of indonesian foods. The rooms also comfortable and cozy. The services also good, but you have to deposit IDR 300 when the first time arrived, although I already paid it online via trave**ka, I still need to deposit.

I stayed here 3 nights for my business trip. Room is big and my bed and pillow also comfy.
Wifi sometimes disconnect and took times to connect to wifi for login.
Breakfast have many varieties but during 3 days they have served same menu everyday.
The egg station staff on the second day also not friendly, i was asking for omlatte with cheese and mushroom but he said no mushroom today which is i got yesterday. Third day with the same person no cheese but mushroom is there. He said today no cheese, it seems no SOP for the quality of the service.
On the third day, my room hasn’t vacumm yet and the houskeeping came while i still had lunch so i asked him to come again but till night no one come.
The reception also didn’t know the product very well, i called reception at night and asking to extend my room using Kartini price which i said 539 something but he said on the phone there is no price like that only 559 rupiah, then i said fine just extend me. He talked like he very sure for what he said.
Then i found out that the price 539.900.
The receptions on the second day also not friendly, when i stand in front of the reception desk. They just keep silent and i just watch them. There is one guest only with 3 persons there and no one asking, and i saw Tripadvisor excellence.
Gosh..
And the same thing i got on the 3rd day when i want to pay my bill and extend my card and no one ask even when i said i need to extend my key they just keep busy with 3 persons there and only one guest.
4 stars hotel just like 2 stars hotel in giving a service to their guest.

One of the premium hotels in Pekanbaru. Located in city center. Excellent room, great services, plenty of choices for breakfast, but don't expect for western. Great gym with a view, cool swimming pool.

Apparently it's a new hotel. It looks good from the outside. Location is great close to restaurants and caffes. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious. However thats where the good ends. The room we were staying supposed to be non smoking but upon walked in we could smell smoke . They couldve made the effort of spraying a refresher to get rid of the smell. Dust wad also fiund on the lamps n the side table and despite showing and suggest to clean it thoroughly. The dust are still until we checked out. I also had issue with access card i had to get some help to get into the room, reported 5 times evrytime was told the card is good but couldnt get into the room.

A relatively new hotel in Pekanbaru under Grand Zurri group management. The hotel is clean and serves great variety of breakfast. Room rate is quite affordable.

The staffs are friendly but they only provide 1 key for each room. So if you with a partner you have to go out together otherwise you or your partner have to ask the staff to help you get to your room floor.

Strategic location in pekanbaru but for street view rooms is not very comfortable as you could hear traffic noise coming from the street until late in the evening. Other than that the bed is comfy, air con is fresh, water heater is good and the utilities complete.

You must order a pasta in here and steer away from the protein. They take so long to cook and when they serve it, it's ice cold. The protein is as dry as Kalahari. But the pasta, it's very excellent.
