Great hotel beside Mall SKA
Nice service from their friendly staff, comfortable room, awesome swimming pool at the rooftop
And they had Little Morocco for Breakfasting tho, must try if you stay in Pekanbaru
And I'll be back to stay in this hotel as soon as possible

An Excellent service hotel. In just 2 days stay, the concierge recognize my name, which felt very warm. The room is big, tiles covered by carpets, pretty lightings. Amenities such as razor shaver & comb are free, but you have to ask for it. Food are varied, less choice for western though. But they serve lots of local food, which attract tourists. They got swimming pool & gym up tops. A full package.

Saya pernah menginap di Grand Swiss Belhotel Medan, Grand Swiss Belhotel Harbour Bay Batam dan Swiss Belinn Penuin Batam. Belum pernah mengecewakan. Saya suka. Semoga Swiss Belinn Pekanbaru juga menyenangkan. Saya check-in hari Rabu tgl 25 April dan akan check-out tgl 5 Mei.

Swiss bellhotel is the most beautiful and comfortable hotel in pekanbaru, they have clean sanitation and good employees.

Not having a great stay at this hotel, despite being a nation-wide chain hotel. When i checked in, the hotel is very full, maybe because there's an event that is held at the same convention hall. Although specifically asked for non smoking room, I was given a smoking room at smoking floor. You can smell the leftover smoke fragrant the moment you step out from the lift. Then, i got wet towel inside the room. Room is clean, you get basic amenities kit such as soap, shampoo, body gel, toothbrush, towel, in-house slippers
Didn't try the breaksfast so basically cannot comment on the food. Staff is helpful. There was one time that we wanted to borrow a knife to cut some cake but according to housekeeping, they do not allow guests to borrow the knife; instead, they can take the cake and cut it from us at their kitchen.

I really love this hotel. The staffs are good esp mr. Teddy (may be the spv or manager?). Minus for their restaurant staff.
My favourite spot is the swimming pool. :)

Decent hotel. Restaurant is pretty good and hotel is close to a mall where you can find other restaurants. Gym was tiny but better than nothing. Rooftop pool also. Rooms are quiet and clean, staff has good speak good English and is helpful.

The new SKA swiss hotel with five star. The construction progress in mid 2016 was suddenly stopping. The tower crane was standup without any operation.

The place is beautiful and very big. But need some work with the parking space. The food is great because it's from Swiss Belinn Hotel.
