The experience was truly amazing!

The hotel was very helpful and accommodating as our group had man bags that they graciously helped us move everyday.

The pool was amazing with an amazing view.

The food at the restaurant was really delicious and the staff was amazing.
Especially Ms. Jihan and Ms. Amanda who were really who we had the opportunity and of seeing a almost everyday. They both made us feel like we were royalty with their hospitality.

Service was amazing!

The rooms were really nice and clean.

The breakfast was really good with a more than large enough variety of food for breakfast. (I don’t know what those donuts were called but they were amazing)

The food restaurant was really good as well as the service.

I want ti thank all of the staff at the restaurant personally for making the experience amazing!

Amazing place to stay, great location and views of mountains and the city. The all staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. Offer warm and health protocol atmosphere to make feel very comfortable. No need to doubt about the services and facilities quality offered by The Margo Hotel.

I love how clean the room is and I like the view. We are literally just couple hundreds steps away from mall, which answer the needs like almost everything. This hotel is surrounded by places to eat too.

During the pandemic the breakfast is delivered, so they call your room, ask your preference and time to be delivered.

I came here to attend a wedding which is in the same building. Turns out they have pool by the bar, and room that is not too big but enough to make meetings and all.

I have held a wedding in the ballroom of Margo Hotel, all regulations are in accordance with applicable health protocols, keep the distance between people, take food, check body temperature, and fill in health forms, all guests who come feel comfortable, and 7 days after the wedding day, I feel relieved that all my guests are healthy and there are the slightest complaints. thank you Margo Hotel for the cooperation, hopefully it will be more successful. And don't hesitate to celebrate the important day of your life at Margo Hotel.

We came to Margo to fulfill the wish of our 3-year-old daughter who wanted to play in a swimming pool before her weekly chemotherapy session. We decided to book a room at Margo hoping that she could enjoy a clean, hotel-standard pool. We were happy when we got to our room for it was spacious and clean with a comfortable king size bed. Some problems occured with the room, though. The cool box and the room were not cool enough for us. However, the engineering staff handled this well. So, these matters were not big problems for us. Thank you for the quick response. Then, the swimming pool happened. We could see that the water was not clear and some debris were visibly flowing in the pool. They looked like some types of beige-colored flowing mud. Very disappointing. We almost didn't allow the kids to jump in. But, they were already so excited there was not much we could do. In the end, the only solution was to bathe them as cleanly as we possibly could. It was too bad that a prestigious hotel such as Margo couldn't maintain the cleanliness of your pool. Especially during weekends when the hotel's occupancy is at its highest. I hope something is being done about this matter for we would love to come back some time in the future. Thank you for your kind attention.

We stayed two nights in Margo Hotel and I liked staying here so much. The staffs are friendly, cleanliness are spot on. Me and my family were having great time here. Keep up the good work!

The best hotel in town, giving the highest standard for 4-stars hotel, good choices of food for breakfast, small but convenient swimming pool (and excellent view of Depok city), and excellent room services (they provide a very delicious Sop Buntut). Almost forgot to mention the hotel is integrated with Margo City Mall, the best mall in town, giving great options for dinning, shopping and entertainment during your stay.

A great place to stay for family vacation and as well as for business travel. The hotel also provide convenient ballroom and meeting rooms.

This new hotel located at central depok, margonda. There are two large malls at a walking distance. To get to this hotel from jakarta on working days will take you two hours due to heavy traffic. The hotel provides comfortable rooms with some amenities. On beautiful day.. You can see mount salak clearly from the bedroom. A small gym is available and also a pool to relax. The hotel also provides a convention room..meting rooms for business. The cost is reasonable for a good hotel.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center of Depok, extremely clean & comfortable . This hotel located near of 2 malls : MargoCity & Depok Town Square in the front , which is close to supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again TheMargoHotel for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Everything is good about this hotel . The cleanliness , the design of the room, the furniture, food, swimming pool , hospitality, service, and it close to shopping mall. But one thing is the best from this hotel, it is the View. I really love to see a city view from height. I was on 17th floor when I stayed in this hotel. Would love to come back here again soon.

Pretty good hotel. Big with very nice staff. We stayed two days. It’s central to Depok and easy to get to. Will probably stay here again when in Depok. Nice that it has its own entrance to the Margo City Mall.

Nice place to stay and if you have an event the place also have many rooms. Located near Margo City Mall, the mall offer many culinary experiences, also have many shop and amusement places, like cinema XXI and karaoke, bookshop, etc.

Great hotel. Everyone is friendly. Excellent breakfast with so many selections but suggesting to put English name of food otherwise none Bahasa speaking guests will keep on asking the attendants as to what foods are on the breakfast line.

I've been here once just to try their breakfast buffet. They start it at 6 a.m and finish at 11 a.m. They serve many kind of breakfast menu, there are Indonesian n Western menus. Following are the menus i've tried : salad, bacon, pasta, baked potato, omelette, sausages, pudding, ftesh milk, yoghurt, soto, nasi kuning, nasi uduk, bubur ayam, bihun goreng, fruit platter, juice, infuse water, waffle, pancake, ayam goreng, ayam bakar, bacem, gudeg, bubur ketan hitam, bubur kacang hijau, many choices of sambal, soft roll bread. Many choices of menu, but the taste is just ordinary, nothing special. It's not tasty, but it's not delicious either
