This hotel more a transit rather than a “resort” hotel.
Location is very convenient. When you entering the lobby you could feel, “this is the hotel you want “. Cozy atmosphere with good furniture.
But when you are entering the hotel, everything is changed, I could feel like inside the bazaar rather than resort. Very noisy and many tourists talked with very loud. Room are not sound proofed. I could heard very clear every step from the next room and disturbed our rest.
There are electrical switch in every side of bed, but only one set can work with , and only the master, the others just an accessories. The light full on and off can not partial. Another thing surprised me, is the room temperature control, again is just an accessory, can not adjustable.

GREAT AND AMAZING HOTEL.

Bali paragon has everything and amazing cleanliness and great cleaning maintenance wash basin so look shine and perfect amenities and staff that will always go out of their way to make sure all of your needs are fulfilled Mr. hardikha. If you are looking for really just relax and be pampered for a few days you would be hard pressed to find a better place than bali paragon resort hotel for the comfortable. Thanks to Bali Paragon

Excellent Hotel, All Modern amenities, room clean and tidy.you have everything from Business to Leisure trip.

Staff all across are very courteous, helpful and charming

Spread out layout, full of Greenery and pool view makes it more attractive for across the Age Group.

Since the property is huge at times you face Maintenance hick ups.And Management need to look at this. thanks to hardika

I wish to visit the place again.

Room's not too big. Gym's not so much as well, but comparing with other hotels in Bali this price, the gym not too bad. Staff are super nice. Sometimes the lobby filled up with Chinese tourist and they are super nice hahaha you know how loud they are. if you fly to Bali on Airasia, keep the boarding pass, the Hotel might have some discount for you.

Came for international conference and it was great for that purpose. Wonderful atmosphere with slide for kids at the pool. Pleasant buffet selection and wait staff were professional and polite.
Beautiful entryway and common areas. Lovely light fixtures throughout.
Would have liked:
1. Designated smoking areas away from entryway
2. Dehumidifier in the rooms
3. Earlier fitness center hours
4. Map to our room
5. Location is further south from activities we were interested in

The hotel room is nice and clean. However, rooms are not sound proofed. You can easily hear noises from the outside and from the other room.
The function hall is low ceiling and has pillars in between. Only good for small function but less ideal for bigger group.
Overall, a pleasant stay.

Pak Bayu, duty manager + Ratna the front staff. Did amazing job. Very patient with our frustation. We found the first room with a problem.

With high profesionalism + good attitude, they are helping us. The service is more than Novotel and Sheraton, even pullman. Recommended for everyone.

One of the best bedroom with a reasonable price and also it feels like home kind of feeling. The wifi works well and the one that you should do when you check in is just to ask for a far distance from the Chinese mainland crowd or you wont get a good sleep or wake up with their screams in the morning.

My Experience with Bali Paragon has been Truly Fantastic !!

A very reasonably priced 4-Star with a terrific Locational Advantage (also very near to Airport), Extremely Courteous Staff and a very Prompt service from Management at your doorstep, Well Maintained Swimming Pool, Great Grill Festival beside the Pool on specific days and very Well maintained rooms, etc are few among many of the attributes this Hotel has got!!

Always crowded with a mix of people from across various countries (mostly Chinese I guess).

Would definitely recommend this Hotel if you are planning to stay on the South of Bali.

Very horrible experience. While check out, hotel said my friend got towel dirty & need to pay 150000rp for cleaning it up. Hotel's bed covers & towel were not clean, even tray at bathroom became moldy while they check in. So my friend used their towel instead of hotel's towel. Finally, I think hotel should inform any dirty will get charged in advance. Really bad recommendation about this hotel. by Lance Chen 2017/09/16

Nice hotel to stay with gym, swimming pool and kids swimming pool either. Good for family, and has particular design with open spaces allow fresh air accessible everywhere. Very popular to tourist from Chinese. Even too popular that made breakfast time feel so crowded and uncomfortable. Not so close with any of tourist destination

DONT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
We stayed at this hotel
, one day after we checked out they billed us for not returning key room, and force us to pay some amount of money, We did already returning our key to their Receptionist, and they not check it, even they did not checked out our room. the receptionist name is Diana!
what a bad hospitality, bad management!
after we spoke to the duty manager then they admit is their fault after we had a hard arguement over phone!
Surely we never come back and we will wrote down bad review about this hotel on any website

New modern and luxury resort in the island. 5 star hotel with 4 star price for all facilities offer.

Chipper transport rental, good food and drinks, good staff and environment for my stay.

Still not complete yet but with the promotional price offer its really worth it.
