I am completely blown away by the amazing service!

From the receptionist to the manager, they are all very friendly and courteous.

The rooms are clean and standard. The restaurant is 24 hours. They even have an open air bar that serves beer!

I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near to Malioboro. It is also near to Tugu.

Seriously, stop looking any further. This is the 4 star hotel you want to stay in.

The ambience and location is very good, especially when we need to go to several tourist attraction in the middle of the city. Not to far from the airport and close enough to the train station. I love the swimming pool so much, since it's big enough to have proper morning exercise. Walking distance to Malioboro is another interesting point of your hotel.

Well, this is my third times staying in 101 Tugu. I specifically chose this hotel due to its comfortable room, nice view, and excellent service from all the staffs.
However, during my stay last Thursday and Friday, February 22-23 2018, I have an uncomfortable experience, th AC was dead from 5am in the morning (I presume). It went back On, but at 8.00am or so, it went off again. I called the receptionist and they sent the Engineering staff to my room to told me that the AC was dead and the repair took up to 5 hours.

It was very hot in the room. I took a shower and immediately check out.

It was very uncomfortable.

I really enjoy staying at 1O1, room is clean with mountain view. Food was tasty and delicious especially for breakfast time, variety of food presentation was outstanding compare tonother hotel in Yogyakarta that I’d stayed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Definitely will come back again to this hotel, thank you 1O1 for your great services

It was a fantastic stay in 101 hotel and it was my 1st time stay in the hotel. Excellent customer service for all the staff and was very friendly and helpful. For breakfast wise is ok only on the egg station side omelette egg were very cold the best is when guest ask for omelette the Chef should cook on the spot not cook it earlier. Overall was excellent kudos.

Staff are SUPER friendly. They ushering me to my room. and politely ask if i need anything else.
I needed pins for my shirt because its button was missing one, and they give me 3 pins!
was a really nice stay i had here. they also had a really nice breakfast, asian and western style.
would love to come back, next time i visit JOGJA.

Just to be sure, they are two hotel with similar name The 101 Hotel Yogyakarta Tugu and 101 Hotel Yogyakarta. First hotel is located on the right side of the road while the other hotel is located on the left side.

We were staying at The 101 Hotel Yogyakarta Tugu.
The parking space is limited, 3 cars in front of hotel and around 15 cars on the basement.

To reach your hotel room, you need to first tap your room key. The room on second floor is situated on the same floor with lounge. You couldn't see city/mountain for sure as the balcony is facing east.

Back to the hotel room.

Deluxe Balcony as room size approx 21m2. When you entered the room, there is slide door to bathroom, and on the far end of the room, you will find door to balcony. In front of the balcony is swimming pool.

Morning breakfast have western and traditional Indonesian foods, such as: fried rice, sausages, potato wedges, nasi liwet (white rice / coconout rice), porridge,

Two section of swimming pool, 60cm (for kids) and 120cm for adult.

PS:
One thing for sure, if you are looking for the carnivals it passing right in-front of the hotel. On the other hand, it's better if guest are notified in advance with alternative road how to get back to the hotel.

I only stayed for one night but I really enjoyed the stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was small but new, clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Pink Elephant bar was also very nice. This was my second time to stay at the hotel. My previous visit was equally nice. The hotel is like a stylish, yet simple and reasonably priced resort hotel in the city.

it was good, room service was good, cleaning service and laundry were also good. however, what keeps me from giving you 5 points is that there is no dinner, which is a shame. breakfast was good tho but there were not many selections to choose from. thank you so much for the hospitality, and i really enjoyed my time there, keep improving because i will be coming to Yogya a lot, and i would like to stay at 101

The Hotel is at a Prime location. Facilities like guest car park, wheel chair accessibility, swimming pool, wonderful complimentary breakfast are worth mentioning.
The rooms are small and cramped. The bathroom is small & dingy and has very little ventilation. Very helpful staff. Language is a problem here. The staff speak very little english. Concierge facility exists.

The staying in the 101 tugu hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us (travelling with Infant). Our Luck, they upgraded our room to Merapi View. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much. Definitely worth it!

Overall it's a good hotel, with a very strategic location. All the service is good and our experience stay in the hotel is good.
There is a minor deficiency in terms of facility and availability of food tableware, maybe because it's too crowded when we stay in the hotel. But the hotel should be better prepared, because it should be more considering the capacity of the hotel.

Overall was great.
The check-in and check-out process was superb, cant say no more about those.

Since I did not requesting any extra services such as Spa, Room Services or any other things and that was a quick stay for 1 day only, I couldn't say much about the extra services. But the generic services was awesome.

The food are OK, for breakfast they offers banquet of Jogja-nesse, Indonesian and Western style food. A small things that bother me was the breads stand, I couldn't find butter and knife if I don't look at it intensively. Maybe it's just me, but seems like the arrangement for it could be improved a bit.

This is good hotel in central Jogja. Nice crew/staff and ambience. Near from Tugu and Malioboro. The room is adequately clean. But after I arrived in the room, I've found more than 3 insects looks like tomcat (i don't know what it is). It's so annoying and I must catch that insects one by one and put it on the trash outside my room (because they are not only in the bed but also in the floor and wall).

We enjoyed our stay at 101 Hotel, things could be improve is the location of restaurant area which in the same area with Hotel Lobby or separated with non permanent barrier. made the ambience of the restaurant doesn't feel good enough to boost appetite.
so may be in the future 101 could moved the restaurant in other location, or special area like in other hotel (with same standard as 101).

Great hotel just in the center of Jogja and close to Malioboro. If lucky you could see Mt Merapi from your balcony, just ask to have room facing north side. Across the hotel, in the evening only, you can find a nice coffee cart, called 'Kopi Gedor' which have some good coffee choices from local origin.

Got the Deluxe Merapi View room, in the morning the view just breathtaking. Room is clean and their staff service is excellent.
Location is perfect, near the infamous Tugu Monument and Malioboro Street.
Definitely will stay here again!

Excellent. Excellent service (plus welcome drink, entertained breakfast, traditional instrument player), excellent view, perfect location exactly at the heart of the town.

Wifi was disappointingly slow, the room was spacious for its price, amenities adequate, but had a little unpleasant smells and some ants. But the stuffs are welcoming ms accommodating. A sound B+ kind of hotel.

Got 2 night there. Check in was pleasant. All staff are wellcome. The room was great but the tv chanel weren't variative. Over all it was great experience stayed there. Would love to stay there when I had a chance visiting Jogja again.
