Actually the building and location is quite good,the room cleanliness & maintenance is not really and breakfast is tasteless,please improve for the sake of the great golden tulip reputation.

This three storey hotel has clean and spacious rooms. Each room has view but since its located in the middle of city, don't expect a great view from the room.
Has outdoor pool and small restaurant, bar and lounge at ground floor.
Exit at the back has bad condition of road, use front exit instead.
The breakfast was okay with choices of Asian food.
Close access to Kerobokan and Bus Terminal Ubung.response / report this review -

Few improvement on the last visit, no check-in hiccups compare to last visit. The room are not full of ants. altough they are few of them which is not bothering me that much.
The Bed sheet are not so clean. But it's a three star hotel, I don't care that much as I don't have to pay much.
Had dinner there. It is actually not bad. Enjoy our dinner. Order Fried Rice, Nasi Campur bali and Fish steak.
The checkout process is fast. So no complain. Quite noisy as there are lots of school kids there as guests.response / report this review -

The hotel is nice, rooms are good, clean with average view. Room service is also very nice but u can not have indian dishes here. Rooms has all ammenities required and staff is also very kind.

Lokasi Hotel di Jalan Gatot Subroto. cukup nyaman dan akses cukup mudah untuk perjalanan dinas/kerja. fasilitas cukup lengkap. view kota denpasar. kolam renang dan Bar bs jadi daya tarik traveller. Setiap menginap mendapatlan 2 kupon Welcome Drink. 2 Kupon breakfast. cukup recomended

I have the reservation but when I arrived, they said the reservation was fully booked and they reserved another hotel which I need to walk to the hotel, bring my luggage by myself and have to move my vehichles to another hotel.

Hotel is equipped with modern styling! Couples will definitely enjoy it. By if travel with group, the toilet is visible from the outside allowing others to see through. No privacy for the room's toilet.

Extremely friendly staff. The food is expensive and usually good. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, but I stayed there during a Hindu holiday and the hotel was understaffed.

It was disappointing. The room cleanliness was poor. I found a cigarette stub and dusts under the bed. The bed linen wasn't really clean because I could smell the cigarette's smell on it. The good things were only the services and the dishes.

The hotel was new, but the room not as clean as I expected.
Check in was slow, must wait several person to check in.
Room was dirty, many hair in the toilet.
The price when I stayed there was cheap, but not worth.
