It does not have the same standard of Novotel, the bed lamp is only one piece on the right side, which usually on both side, no stand for luggage, the towels only for bath, no small towels, when check in, until we ask for it then delivered.
The room 231, which is supposed to be an upgraded room, is prettY noisy, as we are facing the side road cafe, which music is so noisy till late at night.
This is a non recomended experience, for all the time we have been staying at various accord hotels.
No comment yet for b.fast, as we just chek in this afternoon.

It is a nice place for business trip. And you have to aware that the price of deluve rooms with views is offered a bit higher than the normal deluxe. I was not aware of that since we have entered the room and the view was city life, not the mountain views. But since overall facilities, staffs are good, it's ok then.

The hotel is very much vintage looking, the building is quite old and aged. Despite all of that, I still think the hotel interior's special. The hotel is also relatively close to some of bukittinggi's infamous city icons such as the 'Jam Gadang' and 'Pasar Ateh'

The food is mediocre though.

Pros: strategic location, vintage look
Cons: so so food

nice hotel. my view is the mountain. unfortunately it was raining last night and foggy this morning. hotel is clean and comfort. internet is ok (using wifi.id?). I didn't have breakfast here. I should've since morning stores around here were still closed.

Good hotel, but the service can be better. For example, I order a cheeseburger, but they didn't had it anymore. And that happened several times.

Old looking hotel with nice atmosphere. It's already cold inside the room so doesn't need to turn on the AC. Strategic place in front of the famous jam gadang.

An old hotel rebranded as a Novotel. Rooms were nice, clean, spacious and contemporary. Air conditioning seem to be not working in every room, because I changed room on the second day and both the aircons are quiet and not registering cold air, making the room rather warm to my liking. Bathroom is clean and new. The water pot in my new room smells funny and unclean and I wasn't sure to use it. The in-room phone is also not working on my second room. Overall, Novotel has to be the best hotel in Bukittinggi but definetely subpar from other Novotels in Indonesia.

Old hotel but well maintained. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast are great, but the parking lot is limited. Located in the heart of Bukit Tinggi City. Just 5 minutes walk to Jam Gadang and Bukit Tinggi Market, 15 minutes walk to Ngarai Sianok. Nice Stay in this hotel.

for a rating of 4****hotel and 5*****charges ,,much to be desired,,,vv disappointed with room facilities.no air condition,,,no hand towels .no face towels,,,bath towels vv dirty with blood stain and got to call house keeping for change upon checking inhope management staff take serious consideration in upgrading its hotel of 4**** rating like a genuine 4**** hotel worldwide..
