For me this was a nice experience, but not knowing English for me was the main down side with the mosquitoes! All over fair but I wouldn't try them again.

Been there twice for 2 hours avocado spa package and the 3.5 hours waterlily treatments that include facial. Enjoy the place a lot and they are not scared to answer the brand of the product they use. So i am assured and very satisfied with the overall experience :)

Good massage. Place is good well maintained, though a lot of mosquitos. Facilities is well built. Massage room is good, but the safe in mine didn't work though not a big problem. They didn't ask my preference in advance and only ask preferred oil when I lied down already which was usually offered before you enter the room. As I filled in the feedback form, on the back page is what was supposed to be my preference form. But not a big deal. Overall good massage and would come back.

Quite expensive.. massage was not good. We booked for 90 minutes massage. I set a timer, and when it reached 70 minutes, the terapist went out the room and went back with a wet towel. Then she washed our body with that towel. Hey come on.. it was not 90 min yet. Then, in 80 minutes she finished the wash and the terapist said that the massage was already finish and she went out of our room. After I finished dressing up, i saw my timer and it was exactly 90 minutes. So, could i say that they corrupted 20 minutes of my massage time?? We were so disappointed and never come back anymore..

Extremely beautiful setup. Gets you looking forward for the massage, but the massage isn't great. At least not worth the money paid.

Harga dan pelayanan kurang sepadan. Massage hanya seperti menepuk-nepuk badan. Kualitas pijat yg saya bayangkan dng harga 650rb (untuk 2 orang) sama sekali tidak terasa. Tempat oke.. cozy tapi layanan mengecewakan.

I like that they'd pick you up at your hotel and send you back after the service finished. Reasonably price (from agent) with very skilled massager, nice tea and very comfortable space. I'd definitely recommend people to go.
